We had a great time staying here for the week. The location was very close to the beach but far enough away to avoid a lot of foot and car traffic. There is plenty of room to accommodate small and large families alike. High recommend choosing this property for a Myrtle Beach vacation!

Great Host!

After booking, Frank was very responsible and answered any and all questions. Upon settling in around 10:30 pm the tv was not working, Frank called and walked us through it to fix it even at 10:30pm. Anything that came up I messaged him and he responded within the hour which is rare for VRBO host! Definitely recommend staying at Franks.

Family spring break

The listing was generally accurate as far as location and house. The listing did not mention a very old couch with stains despite a couch cover nor the fact that the AC unit cannot cool lower than 70 degrees. The upstairs was pretty warm and we stayed during the springtime.

Great location for family vacation.

We appreciated the property location - just 2 short blocks from the beach and a short drive (or pleasantly long walk) to major boardwalk attractions. The pool was always clean and the entire complex was quiet and well maintained. We would rate the cleanliness level higher (inside the home was very clean) but we couldn’t use the backyard b/c the large trash cans there were dirty and were seemingly overrun with flies. Beyond that, the home interior and front porch were awesome and it was exactly the type of property we needed as we didn’t want to be in crowded spaces. Check in was easy and the local community was really nice. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this property to others.

Everything went smoothly, the beach was close (as stated) and there were plenty of places that were near by for the kids to do things. The location was quiet and felt safe. The only complaint was the grill that was used by the previous renters and not cleaned. Not enough to not give it a good rating though.
