When we got there we noticed the glass storm door hinge was broken. There was only one pool fob. The kitchen door with the utensils to use for cooking was dirty. The inside of the trashcan lid was nasty. The carpet needed a good cleaning. The outside balcony screen door was broken. The mattress in the bedroom in the back of the condo was like a brick! The whole place just needs a good overall deep clean.

Extremely Disappointing – We Left Early

This was one of the worst vacation rentals I’ve ever experienced. So much so, my kids and I left early — we simply didn’t feel comfortable staying.The condo is in a quiet community with ample parking, a spacious layout, and close proximity to stores and attractions. We also had a nice view of the pool from the balcony. Unfortunately, these few positives were overshadowed by serious issues.Upon arrival, the unit was over 86 degrees and remained uncomfortable for hours. The screen door was broken, the balcony screen was off track, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom. All mattresses were old, stained, and hard. The master bedroom TV was tiny and propped up by random objects. One bedroom door was off its hinge, and there was broken floor trim.We found stains on the carpet and bedding, trash and empty bottles left behind, and even clothes from the previous guest in the dryer. The toaster was rusted and unusable. Only one pool key was provided (despite being told we’d be charged if two weren’t returned), and no wristbands were given or mentioned.We took photos to document every issue. This was not just an inconvenience — it ruined the experience. I hope the owner addresses these concerns. Until then, I recommend looking elsewhere.
