This studio is fully furnished with two queen sized beds, and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. This unique layout offers oversized living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped!
Guests staying in this condo will have a kitchenette to prepare small meals for their group! Furnished with new counter tops and cabinets, a small sink, full sized refrigerator, and a microwave. Other appliances such as a toaster and coffee maker are also available! If dining out is more your style, you're in luck! The Landmark is surrounded by a variety of great restaurants, many of which are within walking or short driving distance. Plus, popular delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash make it easy to enjoy a meal from the comfort of your condo.
The bathroom here offers a luxurious experience, with a spacious countertop, and a stunning vessel sink. A large mirror makes it easy to get ready for a day or night out, and the shower/tub combination is perfect for freshening up. Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our rates reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
