Overall, the property was very good. We really enjoyed the pool and appreciated the spaciousness of the room. The only downside was that housekeeping did not automatically clean the room each day, and we had to request service instead.

Room looked over the beach seen fireworks Walked out to the roof top pool which my grandson loved! Received vouchers for breakfast which was a full breakfast not just bagels and cereals although I would have eaten much earlier got up early to walk the beach everyday and enjoyed every minute so calming and relaxing The outdoor grounds were kept up so beautiful I love the array of flowers

The beach view was nice and the free breakfast was good but the hot tub and lazy river were closed the entire trip and pools looked very dirty and the hotel room Murphy bed has a weird smell and the sofa is a blue color but it had a brownish bluish color bc of how dirty it was

Parking was a little iffy with a very steep decline out of the parking garage. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Ladies fixing breakfast were the best and food was delicious. Great location. Loved having two balconies with the angle view room.

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. All staff members were friendly. The beds were very comfortable, rooms clean also the grits, eggs and cheese was delicious. The meal would have been completed with some beef or turkey based meat.

This is an older hotel. The room had obviously been upgraded with new floors, walls painted etc. so it was not an unpleasant suite. But bathroom is very small by current standards for 2 people. We used our balcony and enjoyed the view. We did not eat breakfast. Staff were outstanding. We did have a drink by the pool. The “pool shack” bar is fairly run down but was popular and the drinks we had were good. All the different pools were obviously popular tho we did not use them. Bed was very clean and fairly comfortable although not new. All in all, an older hotel doing its best to stay updated.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Staff works hard here. The problem is the condition it’s in. Do not stay here! Internet pictures are misleading. I felt like our room was under construction. We had so many issues with our room, problem was our reservations were cancelled by them and had no where to put us. So they put us in a room until another room became available and that room never came available- it ruined our stay there for our vacation. Parking is absolutely horrible. Tight spots high risk of scratching your car.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The problem we encountered was with 1 of our rooms. We were gone for the day and when we got back there was a river of water going through the living room part of the room. It was not raining. We contacted the front desk and was informed that there was no one from maintenance working , but they would let them know the next day. In the meantime they sent up some towels for us to put on it. We were gone for the day and when we got back there was still water on the floor and maintenance did not show up! The drains in the shower and bathroom sink were going down super slow.

Great view, nice room...not much water pressure in bathroom sink, but the shower and everywhere else was great. Staff was cool - the breakfast was just awesome to have as an option. All in all - we had a really nice few days stay. Thanks!

The breakfast was great. But rooms were not the best our first room had rust all on the outside of the fridge, dresser leg was broken and all tables were very worn. The pools were nice. I do wish the indoor pool was completely covered, the kiddie pool was out of service so that didn’t help considering we had two small kids. The staff was great and accommodated us when our first room wasn’t up to standards. Our second room was a lot better.

Breakfast was meh. Several things were ripped on furniture or were broken so we notified staff so we wouldn’t be held liable for this. Murphy bed was disgusting so family of 5 squeezed onto 2 queen beds, the room smelled like mildew, the bathroom shower curtain smelled like mildew, floor was filthy. There was still trash on the balcony when we arrived. View of ocean was nice.
