Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Canceled for no reason

0 out of 10. I literally booked my stay for a family vacation. I have never used Vrbo before and the host canceled my reservation literally 2 hours before we were suppose to check in with no detail as to why. Ruined my whole family vacation.

Myrtle beach resort

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The elevator situation was ridiculous! We waited 45 minutes to get an elevator that we could fit our beach wagon on to get out to the beach. The parking is not great either my father can't walk good and even the handicapped parking is far away. The cleanliness was just ok could definitely be cleaner and doesn't look like the pictures online. We did like the resort feel but would not recommend staying in the tower there was construction so every morning it was loud and the pool was not open due to construction as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time on our vacation. The unit we stayed in was clean, safe and very comfortable. This rental is exactly what is pictured. Definitely recommend 10/10.
