We went in the winter and were interested in the property because of the large indoor lazy river. When we arrived, the lazy river was being repaired. I sent a message to the host letting her know our reasons for booking and that we were very disappointed and never received a response. I did however receive multiple messages asking me to extend my stay and to pay 100 for 2 hours for a late checkout.
