This adorable oceanfront home has everything your need for a fun filled beach vacation! Enjoy beautiful ocean views and endless sunrises from one of the two oceanfront balconies. Admirals Roost features Eight bedrooms, 4 full & 2 half baths and can accommodate up to 24 people. This North Myrtle Beach home offers Wireless Internet, Cable TV, and Smart televisions so you can enjoy Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime.

Admiral's Roost is a raised beach house located in the desirable Crescent Beach Section of North Myrtle Beach.
The nostalgic charm of a classic beach house was kept inside with newly stained hardwood floors and tongue and groove pine on the walls and ceiling. Each floor offers a spacious living area with a large flat screen Smart TV, four bedrooms, and two and one half restrooms. The superbly furnished kitchen is on the top floor and the laundry room is on the first floor.

The home has a beautiful ocean front pool with a spill over spa. The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $350. Pool cannot be heated if the temperature is below 45 degrees.

Crescent Beach is conveniently located. Enjoy a walk on the beach, go fishing, or have lunch while enjoying fantastic views! Take a short drive or walk to Main Street to enjoy local shopping, nightlife, and carnival rides in the summer. The Grand Strand has over 100 area golf courses, play a round of golf. Admirals Roost is fun for all ages.

This property is smoke- free
Pet friendly for dogs only with a paid pet fee. 1 pet is permitted. Weight and breed restrictions apply. Pet fee $200.00. Dogs over 50 lbs. are not permitted.
Dogs are NOT allowed in the pool. Fines will be issued if pets are in the pool.
This property does not allow motorcycles or trailers.
We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.
Linen price is factored into final price of stay.

If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! 9 out of 10 times we are able resolve your issue over the phone within minutes by directing you to back up supplies, instructions, etc.

Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll provided in our welcome kit. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

Great location, great pool, roomy, lots of bathrooms. Would had liked more electrical outlets and vents in the bathrooms and kitchen. Floor to ceiling paneling made the house too dark. Must be willing to climb stairs since the kitchen is on the top floor.

Everything was nice .. quick responses on arising issues but taken care of quickly .. only thing i can suggest is curtains on windows even with blinds closed the sun beamed thru the bedroom window's making it hot

We were very happy with the house and location. The rental office was great. Very friendly and helpful. They provided almost everything we needed. The only thing I would add to the home is an outside eating area. Maybe a picnic table, pool level, under the deck. A total of 14 of us and we never ran out of space. Highly recommend!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We has a few hiccups that were addressed relatively quickly. The house had some spots that needed cleaning and we did find several bugs throughout the week. The outdoor areas were excellent. The beach area was large and not crowded

We had a great time at the beach. Pool and hot tub were big hit for everyone. House is dated. Rooms are small. Lots of stairs so not good for elderly with mobility issues.

The pool was not cleaned nor serviced prior to our arrival on Saturday, and the issue was not rectified until late in the day on Monday, thus our four families, all with kids, were without the use of the pool for nearly 3 days out of our week rental. While the management company did respond, it took entirely took long to rectify the situation.

The "Admirals Roost" was less than what we expected. The view, location, amount of bedrooms, space, and parking was perfect for our big family. However, we encountered many challenges during our stay. First, basic things like light bulbs and kitchen items were missing. There was only one measuring cup, not enough forks for the 20+ occupants the house advertises for and flimsy cooking utensils. The house was not well cleaned, with trash under beds and couches, dust balls, toothpaste splattered on walls, etc. The pool was filthy upon arrival. I called 3 times and finally went down to the office. Someone came mid-week to clean it and within 24 hours the pump woke us up sounding horrible. I called at 7:58 am and after no one returned my call, I called again at 4:00. They said that they did not get a message regarding the issue. There was no sense of urgency from the management company and communication was clearly a problem. We made the best of the situation and had a wonderful family vacation.

HI, We stayed at this property for Thanksgiving 2021 and were disappointed upon arrival to find that this property does NOT have 2 ovens and two kitchens as advertised. The 2nd "kitchen" is a small room with a 2nd refrigerator and a microwave that we were worried about using (frayed cord); no sink, counter, or oven. It's basically a small room to hold the frig and microwave. Since we were there for Thanksgiving and fixing a meal for 28 people, we were not happy to learn that the place did not have a 2nd oven. The location, pool, and jacuzzi were wonderful! The bedrooms were small and bathrooms even smaller, but all that was advertised. We thought that there were 2 sleeper sofas, but that is not true either. The acoustics in the house was awful. If you sleep downstairs, when people are walking around upstairs it sounds like they are stomping around. We will be looking for another place for next year's Thanksgiving Celebration.

It was a fun week. House great for a a large family with kids. Not fancy, but clean and sturdy. I did not have to dress kids would break something. Kitchen is small but usable. Well stocked. 2 refrigerators were handy. Had a few minor maintenance issues that were solved quickly by an extremely friendly person who gave us great suggestions on places to eat. Pool fantastic! Thanks for a fun trip.

The property was just as described online. The location was quiet, aside from nearby construction which is no fault of the property owner, and the access to the beach was perfect. My family enjoyed the pool once the heater kicked in and the hot tub was a relaxing retreat in the evenings. The views of the beach were great from the deck and the balcony upstairs as well. The kitchen was well stocked and furnished and the furniture and other amenities were great too. We would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing family vacation.

We loved this house but it certainly may not appeal to everyone! I loved the nostalgic feel of paneling and the durability of wood everywhere - we have small children. The kitchen is very dated but it got the job done and that's all that matters. House is very open and spacious so lots of room for everyone. We did stress the Wi-Fi signal with many of us working remotely and kids on their devices but we made it work. FYI - lot's of stairs in case that is an issue with anyone. Our dog is aging and has hip issues and poor guy could not get up them without help/being carried (no fault of house!!). We are more interested in the exterior and that my friends is where this place is amazing...the new pool and hot tub were stunning. We loved it and the exterior space in general. We got a good bit of rain but the kids played games under the house (stilted). Incredible beach access. We would 100% stay here again and planning to book next summer. Until then!

The inside of this house has an older appearance. The bathrooms would be more accurate to say that there are 4 full baths and 2 half baths. If you have a number of items that require being plugged in, take an extension cord or something. The view and new pool are awesome and make up the few inconveniences. Management did send out a set of king sheets really quickly, after I called to get a set
