This was the tackiest, dirty, unprofessional hotel ive ever stayed in myrtle beach. Staff charged my card 100 dollars after check out because she had words with my guest. I was afraid to sleep in the bed the linen had terrible stains. Awful experience

Good stay overall. It’s placed conveniently from everything, a few mins to the beach or to a store. Food wasn’t too far either. We didn’t travel more than 20 mins for food. I do wish that the floors was mopped a little better but I was satisfied overall

the building is older, but it's charming and the renovation in my room 201 was nice. be patient for the hot water, it just takes a while to get there. there are other quirks about the property but the people are cool and the location is top tier. if you are chill to the locals, you're good to go. be a gentleman. you will not be disappointed.

The dispicible and hideous “woman” behind the counter took out her frustrations about her worthless existence on us by refusing us service because her ego was bruised when she couldn’t bully us around. She deserves to be working the counter at a 2 star hell hole. I’ve never met someone so childish and egotistical in my entire life!

Start with the pro: pet friendly, that's why we chose this place with a bigger dog. We didn't see bed bugs. That's the end of the pros. Cons: seen better furniture on curb alerts. Everything about the place screamed they don't care. Instead of an ice machine was a cooler with a communal bag of ice to dip your hand in. The office door was locked with a window you talked to the employee through from outside. The quality of the room was about as low as I've ever seen. Sometimes you "get what you pay for" this didn't even meet that. Pay the little bit more for a better place.

Ive used Hotels.com for years and never walked into a place this nasty If i were managing Hotels.com ? This place would be removed from advertising. OYO is an absolute Nightmare !!! The room is NOTHNG like the pictures….NOTHING! The beds are small. The room smell like smoke…it’s awful! The toilets look like it’s been fighting with many butts! The floors had sand and dirt particles on them. The window unit is loud but not loud enough to drain out the cars passing by on the highway or the arguing couple that was next door(who argued from 7pm until 12am AND woke up arguing)! When checking in I was told I needed to pay an extra fee when I was already charged a booking fee by the booking site(BE AWARE)! There are NO outlets so if you need to work(use computer or iPad) or charge a phone you’re out of luck…it’ll die! The toilet paper is super thin and there is no iron or ironing board. The shower is small.

Saw some really terrible and recent reviews before coming here so I was nervous. Writing this to say they are completely wrong..I will say it’s definitely very dated and the appliances weren’t pleasing to look at but the room was incredibly clean (no bugs anywhere like others stated) and the staff was UNBELIEVABLY kind and caring. The woman who worked the night we arrived and the tall security guy were so sweet and accommodating! The bed was also incredibly comfortable! I slept amazing! We even added an extra night! It most definitely serves it’s purpose as a clean safe hotel close to the beach!
