Our Premier 3BR/3BA condo, D10 is located Ocean Creek Resort located in the North Tower on the 10th floor. Ocean Creek is a 57 acre gated resort with 24 hour security directly across the street from Barefoot Landing.

This Premier three bedroom/three bath oceanfront condo is perfect for couples with a king in the master bedroom, two guest bedrooms, one queen bed and 2 singles along with a sleeper sofa. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, large dining table, ample seating, built-in cabinetry, large T.V.'s in all rooms and much more! You will be happy that you vacationed in the wonderful condo!

Welcome to our clean, comfortable and newly updated (2021) 3BR/3BA Oceanfront OASIS with stunning views of the Ocean, Beach Club and Swash that you will enjoy from the living areas and our large balcony. We are sure that you will enjoy your stay with us, the views are beautiful and our home is comfortable and clean. Luxury vinyl flooring throughout with dimmable recessed lighting in all living areas as well as new ceiling fans. We added a custom built wall entertainment center in the living room along with a 65" Smart TV with plenty of seating and sleeper sofa. Newer sliding glass doors provide access to the large ocean facing balcony with a stamped concrete floor – comfortable balcony seating and outdoor rug. We had the windows tinted to reduce the glare and to provide "Polaroid" views and added new window treatments. Our Dining Room set seats 8, perfect area to gather and play games with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. Our gourmet kitchen with tray ceiling and accent lighting has a smooth surface stove, Keurig, Percolator & Mr. Coffee makers, Margarita Machine, air fryer, crock pot, gourmet cookware and bakeware…everything that you could possibly need to prepare a delicious meal. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, 55" Smart TV, new ceiling fan and sliding glass doors to the balcony (also tinted) with room-darkening window treatments . We enlarged the entrance to the Master Bath and added a farmhouse barn door. There is a full walk-in closet inside the en suite bathroom along with double sinks and a tub/shower. The queen bedroom has a wall mounted Smart TV, Plantation Shutters and a full en suite bathroom w/stall shower and double closet and ceiling fan. The twin bedroom also has wall-mounted Smart TV, new Plantation Shutters, double closet and en suite bathroom w/stall shower and ceiling fan. We have all new linens, new pillows and new blankets and throws. We also have a full size stackable washer and dryer as well as a pantry area and large foyer. There is free WIFI and plenty of free parking, wonderful walking paths, beachside pool and restaurant (serving breakfast only) and indoor pool. This is truly one of the nicest condos in Ocean Creek and we would love to share it with you.

This condo has really nice, comfortable furnishings. My husband and 3 teenage girls had no problem sharing this lovely condo. The walk to the beach took seconds and the sand is so soft to just enjoy a long walk on. We went during December, so we didn't enjoy the pools, but they look nice and could definitely see how we would have enjoyed ourselves down by the club house. The only bummer was I picked a place specifically with an indoor pool option and the photos show the indoor pool, but the paperwork in the condo state we couldn't use the South building pool. Other than that the location was spectacular being right across from the Landing with all the restaurants. We would highly recommend this place for location and comfort.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! It was perfect for the 4 of us. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfy and the air conditioning was welcomed after a day at the beach. This was our third year staying at this property and our second year in this particular unit. We absolutely love it here! The amenities, the floor plan of the condo, and the balcony view are just some of the reasons that we return each year.

We stayed here over our spring break. Really enjoyed the updated furnishings and TVs. The view was unbeatable. Another great benefit was being able to walk to barefoot Landing, which had everything we needed for entertainment.

This unit has really been cared for. It fit my family of 4, my mother-in-law, my brother-in-law and his son. We all had so much fun. The view from the balcony is as amazing as the pictures. The beach was clean and uncrowded (by comparison). We were in the ocean every day. The property's heated saltwater pools were incredible, as well. My kids were fascinated by the changing tides scene down in the run off canal. There was a plethora of wildlife throughout the tidepools, brush, and surrounding landscapes. This vacation spot is a real find. I recommend it without question. 5/5

Ocean Creek was very nice for our family of 4 adults and 3 children. We knew the 3 kids would be a bit tight sharing the two twin room , but picked this 3bed/3bath unit for the overall room amenities, Decor and Balcony seating/ view. The location of the resort was very good being across the street from Barefoot Landing and a short drive to Broadway and Murrells Inlet. A big draw was the unique looking beach and it did not disappoint. Most of our beach days were spent in the “Swash” The waters were calm for the kids, but there was actually a nice flow/current of water that made it fun to float down on several days and our grandchildren Absolutely Loved It! Swash became our word of the week, maybe for the rest of 2022. I would have liked to had a coffee pot in the condo (only Kueric machine in the unit) even though description said there was a Mister Coffee (maybe our misunderstanding of wording?) We would have also liked moveable/extension shower heads in the bathrooms that would have been much better than the regular ones currently in the showers. That is really our only “negatives” for the unit as everything thing else was very nice!! There is a bar/ food pool hut on the property, but only used it once, because it literally took an hour or more to get food after ordering, so be prepared for that? in closing, we Loved our stay in Ocean Creek and gave 5 stars overall for our vacation!

We've rented a lot of condos over the years, and I can say with 100% certainty this is the cleanest, most well appointed condo we've ever stayed in! We have rented multiple condos at ocean creek over the years. This was one of my favorites!! Decor , appliances, furniture, and cleanliness top notch. Kitchen was well stocked. Management very attentive with excellent communication throughout the entire process. Nothing needs improvement except maybe some new shower heads. We loved ever minute spent in this condo. Thank you so much to the owners. We will rent again in the future!!

From the moment we stepped onto the property it was amazing!We walked into the condo and my family's faces were priceless. My husband's face lit up with sheer happiness and my children's jaws hit the floor. Our stay at Ocean Creek Resort was fabulous!! We were pleasantly surprised at how immaculate our 3 BR place was! To be right on the beach and have the comfortability of a newly renovated & decorated unit was exquisite. Everything we needed was present and the furniture was indeed modern. Loved the layout and number of bathrooms to go with the number of bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again.
