Location
This rental was great. It had a beach theme in the house and was steps from the beach. There was a lot to do on the property of ocean lakes. The only downfall is the water park was not open when we were there. But was open the Saturday we left. Overall it had everything we needed, was a convenient location to stores and a short ride to the boardwalk. Suzanne and Roger have a great property and are wonderful people to rent from.

Great week at the beach
We had a wonderful week at this cute beach house. The owner was kind & quick to respond to any questions we had. I would certainly stay here again. The house was perfect for my family of 6 plus a friend & her daughter.

Everything was exactly as described in the listing. House was clean, had everything we needed! Owner was super nice and greeted us in person. We had a great weekend for Halloween! Definitely recommend for a family wanting a nice beach weekend!

We had a very good stay. Rooms was very nice. House was clean and ready for us. Being close to the ocean was great. Love this time of year and being at Ocean Lakes. Yearly trip for our family. Having a few throws it ashamed would be an addition. But everything was great. Will stay here hopefully next October.

The property could have definitely been cleaner. The people that clean the house do not do a good job with cleaning the floor at all. My baby crawls and was BLACK from the floor. I could not find a house mop so we had to go buy our own. I clean houses for a living so i know what to expect and especially paying the price i did for a clening fee and price that we did for this house. The layout of the house was terrible. It was advertised as 4 bedroom but the "bedroom" upstairs was just a hallway with 2 beds in it. So people leaving the other two bedrooms had to walk past you to go downstairs. Overall it was a good place and nice people just wasnt what we are used to staying in.

Wonderful place. House was great. Location was fantastic. I have stayed at Ocean Lakes many times in many different homes this was definitely one of my favorites. The owner was great and transaction was smooth. Ocean Lakes is absolutely the best. ❤️😎🐚

Wonderful and relaxing.
The beach house is beautiful and in excellent condition. The attention to details and having everything we needed was also excellent. Ocean view from the deck was outstanding, and the deck furniture was great. Suzanne is a great communicator and made check in and check out very easy. She dropped by a few minutes to be sure everything was in order. We didn't want to leave.
