This place is 1 mile away from market commons, 3 miles away from the boardwalk, 5 miles away from Broadway at the beach, and 10 miles away from the famous marshwalk. 6 pools, 1 lazy river, t hot tubs, a kid's pool and water play park. There are tennis courts, bachi ball courts, basketball courts, and volleyball courts, andpickleball courts. There is an on site restaurant/bar. There are 3 gyms, a sauna, and steem room, a kid's park, a snack shack, a pizza shop, grilling & picnic areas, and 24/7 security. You will also have direct access to our private beaches.
Other things to note
** Note: as of 1/1/2024 the HOA has implemented a $5 a day parking fee. (card only-no cash) To offset this cost, we have reduced the price of the unit by $5/night.

This is a non smoking unit. Pets are not allowed. No Parties under any circumstance. Renters must be 23 or over. These are HOA rules and guidelines so there is no wiggle room.
