We had a great stay. Our grandchildren loved the playground and doing the crafts.I have stayed on this property many times but this condo was definitely one of the nicer ones.Great view of the ocean and beautiful sunrises

Love staying at the Sea Watch

The resort(Sea Watch) takes care of the facilities. The pools and hot tubs are wonderful. We appreciated the outdoor bar. The condo served our needs. We were 4 adults and a 2 year old. Three bedrooms with three bathrooms were perfect. However, the beds are old and have absolutely no support. I would stay again only if the beds were updated.

Great view and location!

Overall this property was great! Lots to do on property, description is very accurate. The room itself was great and offered wonderful views. Only drawback is that while the resort allows you to use the facilities on the days of check in/out you must have a parking pass and wrist bracelets for the pool areas and such. These are locked in the unit and because the unit is through another property you cannot access or use them. You have to pay an early check in or late check out fee only if they are available. Also, you are required to photo scan your credit card and ID via phone so if you are not comfortable with that be aware. The communication with the property-owning management was great. They were able to assist us during non-business hours. Overall great place to stay just be aware of the above technicalities.

Prior to check in they answered all of my questions and were so easy to get ahold of! We couldn't be more pleased with our stay from check in to check out, the entire process was so easy! The condo was super clean and everything was very nice. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we loved the recliner and couch... though we didn't spend much time inside! Thank you for such a great stay! We will be back!!

Property Manager difficult to work with

We booked our condo through VRBO. Our reservation overlapped a declared state of emergency and warning of historic flooding. VRBO CLEARLY has a policy that any one listing a property on VRBO, must give a full refund in an event of flooding. The property mgr has refused. Two weeks later we are still trying to get our refund. No one stayed in the unit during that week. Beware booking through this property management company.
