Cozy, relaxing getaway

This is a perfect little place if you aren’t looking for a bunch of “touristy” things. This was just what our family needed.

Good

It was a nice place and quiet. A good family place to stay. The only problem I had was it says towels provided I thought that meant u got clean ones when u needed them. That is not the case. They did bring me some. I was a house keeper and when it said in our sight towels provided it meant u got new ones every other day. Other than that I had no problems. They do need a new Keurig , one ice tray was broken when I got it out. The master bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work.

the beds are very hard toilets are very short water pressure in first shower not good they need to change the mattresses we had to leave early because of the mattresses and couldn’t get any compensation.

GREAT MANAGER

If you ever want to vacate in North Myrtle Beach try to book room 406...unsure if this guy has more rooms but he was awesome. THE BEST HOST ive had!! He called me and talked like we knew each other for years made my baby's birthday a success....his property was clean...and well equipped with everything you need. The only bad thing i have to say about this is I HAD TO GOOO😭😭..nice location and all... i will be booking with him AGAIN!!

We got in almost 2 hours late because they did not clean it in time. Property owner would not return calls. Place is small for 5 people. Sleeper sofa so uncomfortable you can not use it. Location is wonderful and pools are great. Ok for 2 or 3 people.

Family Vacation

I had stayed in this area before and was happy to find the 406 property was available! It is perfect for a quiet stay away from main Myrtle. Short drive to Restaurants and Tanger outlet, also within walking distances of Ocean Annie's were they have live bands.

The property was very clean. There was plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances and pots and pans. Easy access to the beach. Nice facilities. Pools were amazing. Beach was very clean and very well kept

Good value - communication could be better

Unit was close to beach and clean. Good value compared to other nearby properties. We had to initiate communication with the owner the night before checking because we still hadn’t heard from him. The unit is dated and oddly laid out but worked well for two adults and 11YO son. Plenty of parking and lot monitored, apparently by residents. Some small things were the shower head needs updated - it hurt to use and somehow the shower curtain sucked into the shower the whole time and we had to battle it to take a shower. The TVs worked off and on (cable boxes needed reset like every night). Again, small issues but overall a great stay and great value, especially compared to some of the other properties. Would do it again.
