From the moment you enter 1004, you will fall in love! Stylish and comfortable with stunning ocean views will keep you coming back to One Ocean Place. Located in Garden City Beach, just a few minutes from all of the attractions that the area has to offer, this condo allows you easy access but doesn't put in the midst of the madness. Value and convenience makes this choice an easy one by providing the perfect setting to create vacation memories with your family and friends! LIMITED PARKING FOR OVERSIZED VEHICLES.

​​​​​​​One Ocean Place is located 1.2 miles north of the Garden City Pier is Horry County. This twelve-story oceanfront complex offers the ultimate experience in oceanfront living! Feel the ocean breeze, listen to the waves crashing along the shore, and watch a sunrise from your spacious oceanfront balcony. Take the elevator down to the ground level and it's only a short walk before you feel the sand beneath your feet. One Ocean Place offers a resort like feel with a north and south tower, each having their own elevators, outdoor oceanside pools, sundecks, and outdoor hot tubs. Parking is secured with security gates. Covered parking has clearance ranging from 6' to 7'3”. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted. LIMITED PARKING FOR OVERSIZED VEHICLES.

The location is perfect, and the beach is spacious. Great views and comfortable condo.

Great family vacation

Our state was fine! However, there were a few things wrong with the condo unit. There could’ve been a few things left in the condo for us, including a sponge, dish detergent things like that would’ve made our stay a little easier. Also, the blinds on the sliding glass doors were in terrible shape. They actually left us a sign that said, do not use broken. After paying all that money that to me was a little unacceptable the owners need to repair them or replace them. Overall everything else was fine view was amazing from the balcony.

Massive draw was the view and a huge section of vertical blinds could not be used - and it was know to owners because there was a note not to use them. The furniture needs updating too. I have stayed in this bldg before and other units are much nicer

Best VRBO ever!!

The condo was beautiful. The furnishing were perfect. Everything worked: kitchen appliances, bathrooms, and internet. Thanks for a very relaxing vacation location. Hope to return next year.
