Perfect getaway

Very easy to get to beach . Very accommodating to all the dog owners staying there. The view is wonderful with the updated modern glass windows and doors. Great for a couple of nights for sure.

Everything about this stay was perfect. This location has easy access to the major attractions in Myrtle Beach. Hotel was clean for what we saw (we didn’t wonder around much, just went back and forth from the beach to the room). The room was very clean and is actually more updated than what the pictures show in the listing. The biggest difference is the floors have been updated to tile. I know that’s not major, but it seems more clean and old carpet. My wife and I would definitely recommend this room to anyone with a dog.

Labor Day weekend 2024

The room was great. I loved the seperate bedroom living room. Comfortable bed. Well stocked. If you drink a lot of coffee you may way want to bring a larger pot. Close to everything. We brought our dog, a great dog park right next to hotel. Enjoyed the tiki bar, the beach and pool. Will book again!

The whole process was easy and super simple. The room looked like it did the photos. It was also very clean and well organized. We were within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The view from the balcony was amazing! I would most definitely stay in this room again!

Property is outdated but so are all the other units in the building. Kitchen is very tiny. Bed was extremely comfortable and loved waking up and seeing the Ocean right out of the bedroom. Location is great. Lots to walk to and easy to get Ubers. Host was very responsive to all my questions ahead of visit.

There were several poor reviews from 4-5 years ago. I didn’t find any of the bad reviews to be relevant today. Our unit was very clean, updated, and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay again, the location is perfect if you want to be able to walk to several restaurants

My family of 4 and my small pet stayed 5 nights, the condo was perfect, clean and the large balcony with the ocean view is very relaxing. This condo was exactly what we were hoping for. The wide balcony provided an amazing view of the ocean. The condo is very tastefully decorated, It has a beach theme without being overdone. The bed is comfortable and has 6 pillows to choose from. It was also surprisingly quiet, we really didn’t hear any of our neighbors. I didn’t cook much this trip but the kitchen appears to be equipped with anything I would need to cook a meal. Even a crockpot. The owner was easy to communicate with when we had a question. We loved our stay here and I hope to be able to vacation here again next year!!

Great location, large balcony with big ocean views, owner very responsive and bed was comfortable. Living room furniture was very uncomfortable and there were wide gaps around the entry door. The dull knives, rusty dish drainer and very small kitchen were disappointing. Bring your own bath towels because what are supplied are half the usual size, very thin, rough and not absorbant. The resort is pet friendly which is good however there were so many dogs (some very large) which made it difficult to manage.

Beachfront, Pet friendly

Being beachfront has pluses and minuses. We were there for New Year’s Eve. Great view of beach/ocean. But there were fireworks starting early in the evening and into the early hours of the morning. No fault of the owner who is easy to communicate with. This appears to be the only place within miles that is pet friendly; I saw more dogs than people. But that’s fine until someone doesn’t bother to clean up after their pet. The owner has decorated adequately, but the 2seat couch needs replacing; very uncomfortable to sit for any length of time to watch tv and it holds dog hair from previous visitors. We didn’t try the pull out option of the couch. The kitchen is very well stocked and compact. Nice appliances and kitchen accessories. The building itself, Patricia Grand, is VERY old/outdated. This is through no fault of the owner. The entrance door to the condo has gaping holes at top and bottom through which cold air was leaking/blowing due to wind tunnel effect of design of the building. Needs door seals or total replacement. The safety fixtures are rusted (sprinkler, smoke alarm, etc.). Some of the BR furniture is non functional (missing handle on night stand, bottom drawer to dresser won’t open), but the bed is comfortable. The LR tv is a smart tv, but the BR tv is not. Bring your own Roku or Apple TV if you want to watch tv in the BR. There is internet but it is not secure, so don’t count on doing anything that needs a secure connection.
