Property was as advertised, location is great right on the beach and very easy access to coastal Carolina University. Beds very comfortable but would recommend new sofa, not very comfortable

Best Value on the Beach!!!!! Small Family Heaven

This was absolutely the perfect place to stay for a couple, family of 3 or family of 4. If you have children under 4 look no further than this residence. The splash pad was exactly 65 paces from the door, and the beach was 125 paces from the door. No need for golf cart or vehicle the entire time we stayed. The owner provided a pull wagon that was large and carried everything we needed to and from the splash pad and the beach for our stay. Umbrellas and chairs (nice wooden ones) were available as soon as you hit the beach ($50 per day). Restaurants, Ice cream, golf, etc. were all within a few miles drive (no more than 5 min to reach any of these activities). Linens and towels that were provided met our needs, and the cleaning checklist was smaller than most I have experienced in MB. All in all 5 Stars from this family of 3 (41,36,1 yr old). Home included dishes, blender, silverware, etc. Each room had a Roku TV which along with the internet was VERY fast. Owner was VERY responsive and communicated early and often. I cannot believe we found this gem, we will 100% utilize this again when we visit MB.

The property looks as listed. Its clean and provides what is stated.This is an older resort but has a lot of amenities. The accessibility to the beach was awesome and just a short walk. Thos of you that are not familiar with Myrtle Beach, this property is located 15-20 south of most popular attractions.We rode go karts, went to Ripley's aquarium, beach and mini golf. So much fun!However, it was a litttle rough around the edges. The master bath towel knobs looked like they were going to fall off the wall. Several of the cabinet doors and handles in the kitchen had the same issue. The water pressure is very poor in both showers. The sliding glass door to the balcony didn't lock. Safety is a huge concer for our family. There were no cleaning supplies of any kind and we had to buy more paper towels during our stay. There are lots of cosmetic fixers this that can really bring this place to a higer quality. For a 9.8/10 stars, honestly, I was expecting better than what we walked in to. Beds were comfortable and towels were easily located under the sink. Having the towels for pool/beachvwas also nice. Emili is realy good about return messages.
