Spectacular ocean front Condo with 25' balcony

5th Floor spectacular oceanfront condo with large balcony access from living room & master bedroom. Two bedrooms have king size beds, the third room having 2 double beds.Each bedroom has a TV, a new 60 inch flat screen T.V. in the living room. washer/dryer conveniently located in the hallway closet. A completely covered parking garage leads you directly to your door, NO ELEVATOR NECESSARY, so you can load/unload right from the car to the room in an enclosed air conditioned hallway.
The Grand Atlantic has great amenities such as a heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, kiddie pools and a heated lazy-man river. And of course, step right from the pool to the sandy beach in less than 10 steps. Wireless internet, cable TV and DVD player also included.
The Grand Atlantic is a complete year round resort, just minutes away from Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Dixie Stampede, Carolina Opry, Palace Theater, House of Blues, Ripley's Aquarium, Nascar Speed Park, waterparks, mini-golf, and of course 100's of golf courses. There are also deep-sea fishing charters and casino cruises nearby. Tennis and basketball courts in public park within walking distance.
Whether just relaxing at the beach or enjoying all the activities Myrtle Beach has to offer, our condo with spectacular views of the sandy beach welcomes you to kick back and relax and enjoy the sunset!! In addition, nearby shopping is available at the Coastal Grand Mall, Market Commons, Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Attractions such as Alligator Adventure, Dixie Stampede, the Carolina Opry, The Palace, Hard Rock Cafe, House of Blues, Alabama Theater, Ripley's Aquarium, Nascar Speed Park, Brookgreen Gardens, Bass Pro Shop, miniature golf, water parks, deep sea fishing, and river cruises are all just minutes away. Tennis and basketball courts are also available at a public park within walking distance of the Grand Atlantic ... 2025 - Our newly renovated indoor amenities including pool, lazy river, & hot tub are available for your enjoyment. The outdoor pool is under renovations & will be ready by June 27th, weather permitting. During this time this area is closed. Access to the beach will be available during our renovations. We found a potato chips in a couch, staffs are just ok. It pricey for a room, mini mart also super pricey. I might stay somewhere else next time.

Overall a very nice place. Very convenient location for what we were there for. Love waking up to the view of the beach every morning. Unfortunately during our time there they were in the middle of rebuilding the pool area cause im not really a open water person. But it was a nice place.

Pros: Unit is large and clean. Owners are responsive and accommodated our early check in request. Cons: outdoor pool and ALL outdoor space is torn up and under construction. Construction work is also quite loud and starts early in the morning. There is no place to go sit outside other than the 5th floor balcony of the unit. We are not indoor people and this totally ruined the experience for us. Owner says the info is posted on the site but this may have been just added and is waaay down at end of listing and very much downplayed. In 5 other places in the listing it says there is an outdoor pool. Also kitchen has nice clean dishes and glasses but no dish soap. Only 2 packets of dishwasher powder. How do we wash the glasses? Run the dishwasher with 6 glasses in it? Really a simple fix. Also no basic kitchen items like salt and pepper or napkins, paper towels. There was one box of tissues for 3 bathrooms. All kinda chintzy. Furniture is quite dated and living room couch is truly atrocious. So basically we got by in this unit but it was definitely a learning experience for future bookings.

Great location, accurate listing, very roomy and comfortable. Loved relaxing on the balcony enjoying stunning oceanfront views all day long. If you plan on cooking bring spices and essentials as there’s none in the kitchen. Also beware the smoking alarm is ultra sensitive. We had to keep all doors open and fans going while using the stove or the oven. We appreciated the beach chairs, wagon and umbrella. Being able to walk to the apartment from the garage was so convenient. All in all we loved it and will stay again .

Condo was in a great location on the beach. Balcony was large and comfortable with chairs. Beach chairs were available in the condo for use. Condo was just as advertised. We will rent the unit again on our next gold trip to Myrtle Beach
