Check in and communication was amazing. Unit was small, but fine for 2 people. The appliances are definitely dated, but it does appear they are in the process of updates. Tub & floors in unit (not bathroom) look newish. For the price and only 2 people, it worked great. Bed was comfortable. View was amazing. Kitchenette is just that, a kitchenette, tiny stove/oven. We did not cook in unit as it was just us & it was easier to go out. It would have been someone difficult to do any real cooking, given space. Pots & pans were provided, as were utensils, a toaster, small microwave, blender, and regular coffee pot. We had to purchase dish soap, coffee & filters. When they say starter pack, that’s exactly what they mean. One trash bag in kitchen, one dishwasher pod, one roll of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper. The building itself is a work in progress. Hallways smelled, elevators got shaky sometimes, not all amenities are available. Pool & Oceanside restaurant/bar is great. Walk to beach is easy. There is beach volleyball & cornhole. We’d stay again & definitely utilize Myrtle Beach management again.
