Our room was clean but some spots due to oldness of building. We enjoyed our stay besides the parking. Had to park across the street in other garage because the other one was constantly full, but atleast there was another garage. Definitely recommend coming here!

Room was partial ocean view. HEAVY on the partial. It wasn’t very clean. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and the stove was dirty as well. It smelled heavily of mold. I would NOT stay here again

The view from our second floor room was of the entire pool area and tiki bar. The only obstruct of the ocean was by a few palm trees, and was still very beautiful.

Boilers were not working and they didn't mention anything about it when checking in. They posted the note about the boilers on the elevator instead of the front door. The pool was also shutdown and there was no mention of that as well. They gave people free parking but that wasn't mentioned that parking was going to cost anything so they probably just use it as a way to try and keep people from getting mad about the stuff that isn't working.. They used it as a way for people to not get mad about the pool and no hot water. All in all probably wouldn't go back. Better places for the money.

We stayed in an economy room with kitchenette. All of the dishes and pots and pans were provided and were nice and clean. When we checked in we were supposed to have a 1st floor room, but the clerk noted that we would have a better ocean view from the second floor and there was a room available so he moved us. We ended up having to extend our stay, and they were wonderful about providing additional towels and toilet tissue. The beach view was somewhat obstructed from palm trees, but it was still nice, and the walk down to the beach was very easy from the pool area. The pool, river and hot tub were very nice. We used the laundry and it was OK. There is a gift shop on the property that was nice, and the restaurant on the property was very good. I would definitely stay there again!

Well, the room was nice, great view…however, hot water was hard to come by…shower was cool/luke warm for 2 days…no answer from the office, the phone rings, then tells you there’s no one answering. I had to go to the office and tell them about the situation (and my tv remote had dead batteries). About 2 hours later, a custodian arrived with my batteries…no mention of lack of hot water on his sheet. Other than that, which was remedied on day 3 of 5, the room had all the amenities of a kitchen, pots and pans, plates, cups and utensils. Now, on to the bar downstairs…RJ’s. Laura the bartender was great, very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the owner likes to get drunk with the clientele, and eats all the “snacks” they put on the bar. The food was ok at best, a BLT, chicken sandwich was good, the chicken tenders reminded me of the Dino-bites my grandchildren like…absolutely terrible. Extreme waste of valuable space…a new owner and a real chef, bigger bar with great food and entertainment would definitely keep patrons of the hotel on site!
