The parking is a game of chance. Only goes up to 6th floor, then have to park across street. We were on 6th floor, but we had to cut our night time activities, so as to get back early, just to find a parking spot. Our door was hard to open and shut.Other than that, it was a typical stay.

My sisters and myself brought our mother who has dementia and in a wheelchair to this condo which wasn't cleaned very well the doors have in every room has some sort of hand prints of food or just plain dirty and the door in bathroom has hair under it in big wads and the garage was to full to even park and I had to park across the street every time we went out for dinner there's no handicap ramp to access the ocean we had to go around the building .. I stayed here July 14th-15th, got an early check in which was great. Hotel seemed cleaned, the door was very difficult to openbut then we noticed cockroaches in the room later that evening. I tried calling the hotel that evening and no one answered. When I went to check out there was a line of people so I handed in the room key and then showed the lady at the front desk a picture of the cockroaches on my phone, she said she would give me a call once she wasn’t busy. I waited and waited and never heard anything back. I called back earlier this week and spoke with someone from HR or accounting to see if I could get put through to the office. The man I spoke with that he would let them know and they would be giving me a call back and I have yet to hear from them.

Mistake in the first room we were given was fixed right away. Parking in the main building was horrible. Overflow parking across the street. Elevator seemed only one was working the first night. Always something wrong in the laundry room but responded right away with signs and returned money. Laundry had to been done the last night due to roach infestation both adult and baby roaches. We were not taking a chance bringing them home. There were roaches seen each night. Only good thing about the stay was the pool water activities for our child and access to the beach. Only real reason for booking the hotel in the first place was the pool. Also the pool was shut down the first day unable to use. Signs on each stairway would be better than just one or two so not to use when closed for maintenance. Didnt get 5 star for communication only because unable to reach front desk at times. Always seemed busy even checking in late night. Front desk also had no change for laundry when asked.

I like that it was on the beach right on the beach And the staff was super nice. The restaurant was also super nice when it was open it was closed on Mondays and didn't open till 4PM Tuesday through Sunday We went down there several times and it wasn't even open And we had to drive everywhere that we went because it was not near anything at all.all the stuff to do it was all the way up on the other end away bout 50 blocks away. The pool was very very hot we had to sit in the kiddie pool so because the adult pool was so hot.

The property we stayed at (St. Johns Inn) was good. The room needed better cleaning - I swept it out more myself. Patio door had trouble locking . We enjoyed the pool area very much. When we looked this property online, it did NOT look anything like it did when we arrived. Our room was terribly disappointing. We lost electric in our room the first night from using my hairdryer. When I finally got a hold of the front desk, which is across the street they sent a guy up and he couldn't find the breaker box so we spent nights there with no electric in half the room OR THE BATHROOM!!!! Our tv didn't have volume. The kitchen area was terrible! We had some kind of stain on the sheets and down the bed. When you contact anyone there or even go to the front desk, they DONT CARE! Nor will they switch you rooms!!! We will NEVER be staying there again. Every time we got on the elevator, someone else staying there was complaining about something as well. I'm sure they will lose a lot of business. The pool, was filthy!!!!! We will NOT be back and that's saying a lot. We are simple people and don't complain but this was absolutely miserable!

We. Or put in the tower building at 1st and it was a very nasty dirty room was supposed to be a 2 queen suite and it was a king room because it wasn't a suite it was gross in there it was very dirty it was very stinky and It was just a very nasty room and it was not what we reserved The staff was very nice and he was quick to put us in another room an upgraded room so thank you for that but the floors were still filthy in that room but everything else was pretty nice except for no soap And the grounds are pretty quiet around but pool water is way too hot for summer time.we lost almost ten bucks in washers n dryers trying to do 3loads of clothes.And I think the worst thing of it all was spent more time waitin on the elevators then anything.Very VERY slow and only 2 were working out of 4 in main building. And other than that everything was so far away from all the action that goes on in myrtle beach we were near nothing we had to drive everywhere we went We couldn't just go out and walk

The room was not clean and also had a bad odor. The toilet wouldn’t flush. Went to take a shower and the tub was stopped up. I had to cover my hand with a bag to clean the huge glob of hair from previous guests out of the drain. Very disgusting!!! On top of the refrigerator froze up and was rusted on the outside and wouldn’t keep anything cold. From the pictures and reviews I was very disappointed. Don’t waste your money staying there.
