    When you step inside you're faced with an open-concept layout that's fitted with central air-conditioning so you're always comfortable no matter the season. The full kitchen comes with all the appliances you need to whip up mealtime masterpieces to share over a cozy chat. The large living room provides a serene space to gather for movie nights, while the balcony is perfect for soaking up vistas of spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Finally, with a private washer/dryer at your disposal, you can keep all your clothes clean and fresh for the duration of your stay. Refresh and restart - another day in paradise!

Pros: 5 minute walk to the beach, quite, spacious, clean enough inside, adequate if traveling withPros a pet. Cons: rediculously finicky front door lock mechanism, all sink handsoap containers empty, malfunctioning ice machine, broken garbage disposal, stairwells were filthy, trash all over the common grounds, hole in the wall behind the front door, broken blinds in the spare bedroom, rotten wood on the balcony railing, torn disgusting rug on the balcony floor, guests below us who smoked pot 24/7 from day one, and made our unit also wreak of skunk pot smell, almost our entire stay. For which the property management gave us a property number to call for another company. Not their property they daid. Then called our unit property company back. They said, well maybe it is the owners below you, and we can do nothing about it. They were not owners. They checked out the day before us and the unit was turned over by cleanung staff. Worst stay in our history of rentals. Came home sick with an upper respiratory from all of the second hand smoke. If I were asthmatic or had our grandchildren with us, we could not have possibly stayed there. This was advertised as a smoke free, drug free property. Apparently, that does not apply to any other renters on the grounds. I don't know. My husband currently has cancer and had to suffer through breathing that second hand smoke. Never again.
