Great little getaway

Overall, this property is great. A bit dated but had everything we needed for our stay. The air conditioner is LOUD, but that being said, it worked very well. Great access to the ocean, a few restaurants within walking distance, attached parking garage is nice. Detailed instructions from rental company were helpful.

MY stay at 405

I was at 405 for 2 weeks and enjoyed my time.It was clean,spacious for one person, maybe a little dated.Kitchen was functional.TV was fine,the view great.The resort was busy but moving around was easy---plenty of parking.My contact with Coastline was great.the Palace as undergone many renos since I was there 5 years ago. Tkx to all at Coastline.

Room 405

Room 405 was nice but needed a little work. Kitchen & bathtub faucet dripped constantly. No cable in room, only Roku so we weren't able to get local information. Room could use a floor length mirror & more dishes & silverware. The bed & furniture were comfortable. Just minor issues with this room.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication

This property is very misleading by the photos on the rental site, the bed was falling off the frame, I had to remove the mattress and box springs to repair the bed. The bed only had a sheet on it, no bedspread. The walls, floor and ceilings were extremely dirty, the were numerous areas of sheetrock damage, the exhaust vent in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling. The entire unit is in desperate need of a paint job. I sent two emails out shortly after our arrival, no reply! I called the phone number for Coastline Beach Rentals, left a voicemail, and guess what no reply. I finally received an email 3 days into our stay stating that she had been out of the office for two days and apologized for my disappointment with the unit and wished me well for the remainder of my stay. Never did they offer to relocate us nor adjust the rate of stay! I highly recommend spending your money somewhere else!
