不满意：住宿条件和设施，清洁度
This property is very misleading by the photos on the rental site, the bed was falling off the frame, I had to remove the mattress and box springs to repair the bed. The bed only had a sheet on it, no bedspread. The walls, floor and ceilings were extremely dirty, the were numerous areas of sheetrock damage, the exhaust vent in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling. The entire unit is in desperate need of a paint job. I sent two emails out shortly after our arrival, no reply! I called the phone number for Coastline Beach Rentals, left a voicemail, and guess what no reply. I finally received an email 3 days into our stay stating that she had been out of the office for two days and apologized for my disappointment with the unit and wished me well for the remainder of my stay. Never did they offer to relocate us nor adjust the rate of stay! I highly recommend spending your money somewhere else!
