First, the drawbacks. At check-in, the woman behind the plexiglass was unsmiling and barely communicative. At check-out, no one was to be found. For a room that sleeps eight, I would've expected more towels to be available. They don't seem to have adequate parking for the size of the property.
Now, the positives: The bathroom was clean, the a/c (though hard to reach, making adjustments difficult) blew good and cold, each bedroom had a wall-mounted fan, the pillows were not flat, and the bed was (shockingly) one of the best I've slept on in any motel.
The only other thing I'll say is just to be aware that although the room does have a fridge and stove, nothing else is provided, not even a coffeemaker.
