Dunes Village family vacation

Great place for family. We had special needs young adult who loved all the activities and easy access to beach. Condo was well furnished and very comfortable and great view of morning sunrise.

Great Amenities, space, and views!

We had a very short trip for a volleyball tournament so we really didn't get to spend as much time at the resort as we had hoped. But, the unit was clean, spacious, and had the most amazing views. The key cards for the parking garage had to be replaced daily. We got trapped twice, but other than that (resort issue not something the owner had any control over) our stay was great. We would definitely rent again!!!

Gorgeous Views, Fun at the Water Park, Privacy in the Condo for Larger Families

We had a great time in this Condo. There is plenty of natural light and room on the balcony, a well stocked kitchen, fun in the sun and at the water park. Privacy for larger families in the room layout, cozy spaces for family time, comfortable beds, and plenty of room at the table. Thanks for a great time Rufia!

October Family vacation

I have had very good luck booking homes/condos via VRBO. And this property was no exception. It was perfect for our needs. Beautiful ocean views; incredibly stocked kitchen so we could cook in, fun amenities and great hosts. I would highly recommend this property. Kim R

Amazing!

This resort was amazing! So many amenities that the kids never ran out of things to do! We had 3 families in one condo. Plenty of space. Kids ranging from 14 to 6 yrs old. It was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Beautiful 4bed4bath condo!

Perfectly fine but nothing spectacular

The condo was large enough for our family of 7 and it's always nice to be right off the beach, but the unit is certainly old and using the kitchen was a struggle. The oven is on its last leg, so as many meals as we were prepared to cook we had to make other plans. The bedding wasn't super comfortable but also not terrible. The bedroom TVs are super old and do not turn on every channel so we were stuck watching the kids shows in the main living area. We had a little difficulty getting checkin instructions and getting ahold of our host with a few questions but overall enjoyed our time together for a family vacation.

MB Getaway

Our trip to Myrtle Beach was fabulous. The condo was better in some ways than I imagined and not as good in other ways. It was very clean! No doubt about that. We were impressed, the cleaning crew is obviously spectacular. It was incredibly spacious, and although I was concerned we might feel cramped with there being 13 of us, we didn't. I will say, if you plan on having multiple people in the kitchen at a time, hang that up. It's a 1, max 2, people kitchen. Also, there's only comfortable seating in the living room for 5 to watch TV, but it's such an open concept, that didn't phase us. Besides, we were on the beach most of the trip, not in front of the TV. Another super impressive thing to us was how fast the owners responded when we realized one of the AC units wasn't working. They were quick to send someone out (literally within an hr of us reporting it) and it was fixed the next morning. Really the only thing I was disappointed in was some cosmetic issues. There were bad patch jobs on the walls in the living room, spots near the shower that needed repair, a door handle that was nearly falling off, and a closet door that was off completely. Again, nothing to write home about, but things that could make it a 10/10 if fixed. Another thing to note- the location was fabulous, the Waterpark was impressive, and the amenities were outstanding. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes for everything you can think of. It really was great. Thanks for having us!!

Well stocked, terrific view, nice and clean. Rufia was a terrific host, super responsive to every question and need. We really appreciated that she had 2 condos next door to each other so the extended family could all be together. We look forward to booking with her again in the future.

Spring Break

We came here for spring break. The place was just as advertised, perhaps underscoring how spacious the unit was. The view was perfect. We loved the activities and amenities of the resort for the kids/teens.

Awesome place esp for big family

Great place for family vacation

This condo was great for a multiple family vacation. Four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Right on the beach, with a great kitchen (we ate most of our meals in the condo). The kids had so much fun in the waterpark and the adults enjoyed quiet evenings. Highly recommend if you have a large family.

Dunes Village vacation

This condo was perfect for us. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths accommodated all of us very well. The place is very spacious and well stocked with all that we needed. What attracted me most to this property was the comfort and space of the condo and the pool areas and water parks available right on the property. Along with having the beach so close, it was the perfect place for all of us, from grandparents to teens to younger children. We had a great time and enjoyed this trip very much.

Amazing

Property was perfect, no issues no need to communicate with owners. Beautiful balcony. The corner view was amazing. Could see the sunrise and the sunset. All 10 of us were very comfortable. Indoor hot tubs and lazy rivers and waterslides were all well-maintained. Good music by the pool and the bar. Only downside was the restaurant was way over priced. You cannot go wrong with this condo. We will be back.

Cockroaches and outdated decor

Numerous cockroaches upon arrival. Had to go buy baits. Decor is way outdated. Carpet is puckered and loose in several areas. Linens are very cheap and thin. Pool towels are ridiculously small and overall service was terrible at the restaurant and bars. Nice view but that’s about it. Must be better places
