Summary:
Welcome to this amazing condo overlooking the signature “St. Andrews” replica 18th green at the World Tour Golf Resort! Perfectly situated only a few steps away from the clubhouse/restaurant. Our spacious 2nd story end unit is also convenient to the elevator, on-site parking and pool area. Centrally located, you are only minutes from area beaches, shopping outlets, restaurants, family attractions and many additional top-rated courses. Whether you are here to golf, go to the beach or bring the kids to the boardwalk, this is the perfect location for you.
Minimum booking age: 25
The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!
Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: 2nd floor unit. Elevator! Self check-in with keypad.
Kitchen: Newly updated floors/countertops/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Small appliances!
Family room: Enjoy the spacious area with TV. Access to golf front balcony via sliding glass doors.
Bedroom 1: One king bed. Balcony access.
Bedroom 2: Two double beds.
Bedroom 3: Two double beds.
3 full bathrooms
Balcony: Beautiful golf view. Spacious!
Pool: There is an outdoor community pool in the complex. Typically, the pool is closed for the season from October 15th until April 1st. The pool deck itself should remain open.
Other: Complex charcoal grills available in the parking lot.
Golf clubhouse: Walk or drive over to the World Tour Golf Clubhouse to start your day on the courses (golf fees apply).
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community pool, and, of course, the internationally recognized golf course (Extra fees apply).
The Neighborhood:
This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach.
- Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 6.6 miles
- Coastal Grand Mall is about 4.2 miles
- Broadway At The Beach is about 5.3 miles
- The Ripken Experience Myrtle Beach is about 4.3 miles
Getting Around:
Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces (2 parking passes). Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
*THERE IS A RING DOORBELL*
Feel free to bring your golf clubs, beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
No pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 8.
The water heater is only a half size and, therefore, can quickly run out of hot water when doing consistent laundry, showers, etc. It will quickly refill - but we like guests to be aware!
There is a key fob in the unit that is required to access the amenities. If a guests loses/misplaces the key fob, the guest is responsible for a $300 replacement fee.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
3. HTC will be installing fiber and related hardware on Aug 18. Work begins at 8 a.m. each day, and technicians will need access to the unit during this period.
4. Important Notice: Exterior building washing will take place Starting Sept 8. This includes cleaning of siding, patios, balconies, stairwells, and walkways using bleach-based solutions. Overspray may occur, so guests should keep windows and doors closed and avoid leaving personal items or vehicles near the building during this time. Work is weather permitting.
Pest control occurs quarterly on the 2nd Thursday (starts in Feb). The HOA requires access for this.
