「The staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet. Really enjoyed staying there!!」

「The door did not have a locking doorknob and there was only a very weak deadbolt. The exterior hallway door was broken and didn't close properly. The video surveillance did not work on that hallway. I did not feel safe at all. The chair in the room was too short to wedge under the doorknob. The bed however was comfortable if you were able to sleep」

「The room was clean. Parking was not great but ok. The staff member I spoke to at check-in was excellent. Only one light source in the room. A lamp on the bedside table would help.」

「It is a great place with a lovely view. The only drawback was access was restricted to the one side of the bed. So crawl over the end or the spouse to get out」

「Tried to cancel about 47 hours before the stay because of a death in the family. No one answered the phone. Then sent an email. The response from the motel stated that the “policy” was that cancellations had to be made 48 hours before so we would be charged for one night. No compassion here.」

「It’s so smelly drug addicts are running the place no proper facilities. No proper parking. Room and the whole hotel was smelling and under construction. They never mentioned this on the website. Pictures are not real.」
