"This property although beautiful could stand a training or two for its staff. This is a busy and bustling Marriott so some staffers can get easily overwhelmed as patrons check-in, have queries and such. While staffers are genuinely interested in making your stay pleasant, others behave as if they are doing you a favor to answer a simple question or provide assistance. My overall stay was average at best and as a Marriott Bonvoy member of over 15 years, it's disappointing for such a lovely...
