Loved this hotel. The owner was a very kind man, greeted us and showed us where to go in town. In the age of typical check-ins where you don't even interact with anyone, this was a great pleasure. On our 60 day honeymoon this was one of the top two or three stays we had. Great location, parking wasn't too far.

About an hour after booking this accommodation, we received a call about a family emergency and thought we would have to drive back to Thessaloniki immediately. We contacted the hotel right away to ask if a refund was possible, but were simply told, “Sorry, the reservation has already been paid.” Otherwise, the hotel is in a good, quiet location. However, it’s more suitable for a one-night stay. Everything is old and not well maintained. Also, the free parking doesn’t exist nearby.

Nikos is the friendly owner who really helps his new guests with local information on restaurants and attractions. Highly recommended. (And Nafplio is a beautiful small city with better food than Athens)

Great stay in Nafplio old town

Very friendly and helpful host. Welcoming gifts, and other nice details during our stay. Great view from our terrace, short way to walk everywhere in town and to the bus station. We shall surely come back!

For two guys traveling staying in Nafplio the Pension Asimoni was perfect. The owner is so nice and keeps the place in such good condition. The bathroom was clean, the room was clean and had good A/C. It’s perfect for walking anywhere. We stayed 3 nights in Napflio and it was perfect to see everthing. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling on a budget.

Very spacious balcony with amazing view of the castle. Nice room with comfortable bed and a big wardrobe. The owner was very nice, he was very helpful and he gave us many tips about Nafplio. It was easy to park and the hotel is close to everything, highly recommend it

The host was very friendly and helpful. Great location and everything is walkable from the pension. Cute little balcony, great for drying wet bathing suits. Don’t miss the beach, just a 10 minute walk.

Very nice, traditional pansion, clean and in a quiet area. Very central and easy to walk everywhere. The proprietor Nico's was very nice and welcoming and even without us asking, he prepared a list of places to eat and drink. We followed his recommendations and they were spot on!

Hotel is in great shape, very clean and quiet, and located in a central location thst is half a block from the bus stop. Owner is very kind and helpful, he carried my bags up and down the steps due to no elevator. He was flexible and allowed me to extend my stay. The owner has a bird in a birdcage in the lobby. It’s worth it to spend a few extra euros per day to get a balcony. I spent many hours drinking tea and having meals out there. Room 12 overlooks a parking square and the tall mountain on top of which is a fortress with supposedly 999 steps to get to it. Was fascinating watching the people climb the steps. I definitely would return.

The property owner Nikos is so helpful and kind. I really don’t think you can find a better place to stay in Napoli. If you’re up for it, the third floor has a balcony with a great view of Fort Palamidi that is the perfect spot for an evening glass of wine or three. I wouldn’t overthink it, this is the spot.

Location is amazing - you can see the fortress from the windows, and it's a nice quiet part of the old town. Easy to walk to lots of restaurants and to the sites in the old town. Nikos is very nice and responsive - he is the best part of the stay. Only stairs - no elevator, and could be a little cleaner. The hotel itself is a little older and in need of some renovations, but is fine for a night or two for the price.

Wonderful stay. Great location for peace and quiet at night. The area is conveniently located near all restaurants and highlights of Nafplio. In fact it is perfectly situated. What a view of the Palamidi fortress. Had the suite on the 3rd level of the pension with a massive roof top patio with furniture. Great awning to keep away the sun what a view. Nico the owner and Cristo (the parrot) were welcoming and very helpful with suggestions for dining, coffee and gelato. All were great. Well done Nico !

The location was perfect for experiencing old town Nafplio, as all the attractions were within close walking distance.. The bedroom was very compact. It had a fridge but no cooking facilities. The owner brought us a kettle when we requested one. The bathroom was great and the shower has nice, surprising extra festures! The owner was very friendly and helpful. He provided thoughtful extras, even his Mums baked cookies!
