「The apartment complex is located far from the busy streets. Electricity always comes out when it’s hot days. AC in the bedroom but not in the first floor. Yes you can cook food if you like. 👍 oh no tv cable no hot water showers
I make the best of it. I have business to do there so I suppose it was OK for a few days to live in. .」

「I will not recommend this property. The profile picture is misleading. It is not using the property itself but of Caramoan area. I paid for location as in the picture but instead it’s in an undeveloped subdivision. We had to call the caretaker for few times because we got lost as not enough instruction to find the property and when we found it, we couldn’t open the room because the instructions were wrong. Staying here is quite pricey for its rate and not worth it so I would definitely not...
