In the many times I've stayed at the Robertson Hotel, the rooms have always been spotlessly clean and the staff most accommodating. They are located one block off a main roadway with numerous shops and restaurants. This is my hotel of choice when in Naga City.

The property was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and I like the fact that it has a real comforter. The housekeeping staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. I wished there were more choices of restaurants around the property.

Robertson's Hotel is THE hotel I stay at when I'm in Naga City. It's just one block from Magasaysay Avenue. The Staff are always polite and friendly and the AirCon in your room is controlled by you

I itially book a room for myself and my wife for the first night and just myself the second night. I extended my solo stay for an additional night and my wife rejoined me for a fourth night. Obviously we were very pleased with all aspects of the hotel and will continue to stay there in the future.

Excellent hotel in Naga City Cam Sur Philippines

The hotel is affordable and clean. The room is small though but everything inside, including beddings, towels are new. There is no restaurant inside the hotel but there are many places to eat within walking distance. The receptionists and room service crew are extremely helpful. Shuttle service to airport is available and inexpensive. I will definitely stay in this hotel on my next visit to Naga.

Even for the cheap price, it's still a very tiny room. Barely enough for 1 person. Also, internet doesn't work so good. Very inconsistent.
