不满意：服务设施，清洁度
Hotel looks great when you first walk in. Lobby is bright and clean. The rooms and floors above the main lobby are the opposite. Rooms are not clean, they don’t appear to be maintained. Towels look old and grey instead of white. No hot water so had to take cold showers. Housekeeping is hit and miss. Some days they don’t come to clean your room and the day they do they don’t leave you the right towels. 2 bath towels and no hand towels. Pillows were stinky of other people’s sweat, just felt gross sleeping there. Won’t return and don’t recommend unless the make some big changes.
