This premier vacation property boasts over 5,400 square feet of under the roof area with 8 well-appointed En Suites, 8 full baths and 1 half bath. Common areas on each level, it's never difficult to find either a group activity or a bit of solitude. An added bonus is the elevator making going up and down levels easy for all!

The third level is the showpiece of the home. Featuring the panoramic ocean views throughout the entire great room, the group will surely spend many hours here socializing and relaxing. A large sectional sofa and additional chair greet you in the living area. An interior oceanfront lounge seats an additional four. The exterior oceanfront lounge can host up to 5. The sleek and modern white kitchen has two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and a built-in oven and microwave. Seating for 5 at the center island rounds out this top floor.

The outdoor pool area will surely bring many hours of smiles and shared memories. Here you will enjoy your 12 x 25 inground pool, a hot tub for 6, a grill area and a semi-private boardwalk to the beach featuring a deck over the dunes. When you return from your beach adventure, take advantage of the outdoor shower.

Dune it Wright is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! You can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only. The pet fee of $135 is waived for this property. Pets stay free!

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. Pets are not allowed in pools.

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**
