  • If you're ready to put your Heels In The Sand then look no further! This beautiful four bedroom home located on the oceanside has all the amenities for you to relax and unwind. Your own private pool, rec room with a foosball table and an elevator. Plenty of room for everyone to make those great OBX memories. Close to great restaurants, shopping, and many family-friendly activities and just a quick walk to the beach.

    **Please note this house is not keyless entry**

    No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates and pool heat information, including details regarding the optional pool heat fee.

We rented this house because of the heated pool. When we checked in we were told heat was on in the pool. When we got to the house the pool heat was not on and looked filthy. We called village reality and were told someone would be out- never happened. Next morning called again no response back. Called again in the afternoon and was told it was fixed and set for 80. The pool was not cleaned and heated to 71 max. We were not able to use the pool. Upon checkout we told village reality about all our problems again- no I’m sorry not pleasant at all. We asked to speak to a manager and was told they (noah) would call us- we never received a call. We will not rent from village reality again

Great location, beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is conveniently located near the beach on a fairly quiet street within walking distance to coffee shops. Although we stayed in the fall we had fun in the heated pool every day and enjoyed grilling on the deck. It was the perfect home for our family to relax and enjoy being together for a week.

May 2018 Stay

Very clean, very comfortable!! Loved the pool. Being May, weather is unpredictable but the water was always warm. Elevator made things much more convenient due to many stairs. Consider a keurig in addition to the regular coffee pot and install more hooks in the swimming area to hang your towels and also in the laundry room...maybe a clothesline. All and all this home had all of the comforts of home. Very quick easy walk to the beach and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood.
