The "Shorebreak" house is a well appointed, stylish beachside house located in the heart of Nags Head and steps from shopping, activities, and a short walk to the beach. This 3 bedroom beach house has ample space inside and multiple outdoor spaces to relax. Enjoy your morning coffee on the decks.

The private pool (open and heated April thru November) and hot tub (open year round) make for a backyard oasis in the private, fully fenced backyard.

The kitchen is set up for cooking at home on those nights you just want to chill at the cottage. It is equipped with pots and pans, a variety of cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, baking dishes, a toaster, a blender, and coffee maker.

There is a gas grill, and some great fish markets are nearby.

Guests will have the entire house, which includes a ground level with a carport, and picnic table. This level also has a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, along with beach gear and cruiser bikes.

The house has a living space with a smart TV. YouTube TV is offered for watching live channels, and you can also access your own streaming services too. The kitchen has bar stools around the counter and a kitchen table with seating for 6. There are 3 bedrooms (1 primary with a king bed and en suite bathroom, a second with a king, and a third bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds). There is a full bath with a shower/tub in the hallway as well.

The house can accommodate up to 2 dogs with a non refundable pet fee. If you have a special request, please reach out to us.

We provide linens (sheets and bath and beach towels). A booster seat and a pack ‘n play are also available.

We provide a starter pack with the following:
- toilet paper
- paper towels
- dishwasher tablets
- laundry pods
- Keurig coffee pods
- trash bags

A Magnificent Experience!!

We stayed at this rental for four nights and three days and were thoroughly impressed. The property was furnished with top-notched appliances and had a complete set of up-to-date pots, pans, and other kitchen essentials, making cooking a breeze. It was exceptionally clean, which added to our comfort. The living space was stunning, beautifully designed, and cozy. If it had not been in the middle of winter we would have enjoyed the swimming pool, hot tub, etc. The grounds were immaculately kept. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect location!

We brought two toddlers for their first beach trip and they had a blast! The house was perfect for little ones, living space being all on one level with the open floor plan was wonderful and the pool, backyard area, and fenced in yard provided so much peace of mind for them to play. The proximity to the grocery store and the beach also made this an ideal spot. Highly recommend this house for family vacations!

I am so thankful for such an amazing stay. The location being so close to the beach made it so easy to roll out of bed, grab a cup of coffee and enjoy a nice morning in the sand. It was also so clutch that we could walk across the street to the food lion and stock up. The owners were super quick and responsive along with accommodating. The house was so nice and we were blown away with everything ! The pool and hot tub stole the show specially on cooler days we couldn’t go into the ocean . Everything was clean and beds were really comfortable! Would for sure come back !!! Thanks for the awesome stay !
