The Space:

CJ’s Getaway is a delightful escape in Nags Head, offering a blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation for your next beach vacation. The top level of CJ's Getaway offers a spacious, open layout, the fully equipped kitchen features ample counter space, and all the essentials needed for preparing meals during your stay. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area provides a comfortable spot for family meals or casual snacks. The living area, with a Smart TV, is perfect for unwinding after a day of beach fun. The top level also includes a Queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a Queen & Twin bedroom with a twin trundle, as well as a bunk room with two full-size beds. A full hall bathroom and laundry room is also located on this level, providing convenience for all. The front porch, with its cozy seating, invites you to enjoy the fresh air and scenic views.



The lower level of CJ’s Getaway offers a space for entertainment. The spacious King bedroom, complete with an en suite bathroom, ensures a luxurious and private area to unwind. A cozy den, with a TV, wet bar and game area provides the perfect space for evening socializing.



After a day at the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower. The fenced-in backyard offers a secure and private space for outdoor activities, making it a great area for both children, adults and pets to enjoy.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.

Known for towering sand dunes in Jockey's Ridge State Park and along the coastline, Nags Head is a beach town on North Carolina's Outer Banks. Enjoy beautiful walks on woodsy paths or boardwalks, with plenty of local wildlife and greenery. A variety of shops, restaurants, and other excursions are available in addition to the natural environment.

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
