「The bathroom was not clean at all! I Here’s a stronger, polite but honest review you can post: Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived, and despite requesting laundry service, no one came to collect the clothes. The property also did not have a microwave, and there was no dishwashing liquid or sponge provided, which made it difficult to clean up after meals. Overall, the property needs better attention to cleanliness, basic amenities, and...

「The recently renovated villa is absolutely stunning.」

「When did the clock stop? Clearly in its day a great resort, then something happend. It's stuck in time, elements are current, elements need renovation. We stayed 2 nights, the restaurant/bar lacked the attention expected today - menu choice/availability. In our view the venue needs investment, (not just financial) it needs driving towards the expectations of the 21st century.」

「Onsite hosts Sam and Moreen were so wonderful! We got all the inside tips about Pacific Harbor from them including beach access, where to buy fresh fish and activities in the area. Moreen made me cassava so that I could learn to cook with it and Sam brought is fresh coconuts when we were by the beautiful (and huge) landscaped pool. The kindness of the people here is what we loved about Fiji the most! The house was so comfortable and finished beautifully with hardwood flooring and interior...

「Great stay and great staff. Booking was easy」

「PLEASE SEE PHOTOS — SERIOUS HEALTH & CLEANLINESS CONCERNS. Unfortunately, this became a very difficult stay for my family. We initially booked 2 NTS because the villa was conveniently located near our family. We noticed cleanliness issues & cockroaches upon arrival, but being from Fiji ourselves, we understand insects can occasionally enter homes. We mentioned it to our host, Felix, and were willing to work with him. He offered us a discount, so we extended for 3 add’l nights. The following...

「Enjoyed the stay…. But just need the little things fix….As an example… unable to lock the house when we went out, had to buy a lighter to light the gas cookers, etc」

「We loved our stay. It was seamless from the start. We had one small issue and the contact person was there asap to assist. Clean and comfortable. Well appointed. Loved the privacy. A couple of small juice glasses would be handy, otherwise it was just perfect.」

「Excellent place to stay. Within walking distance of pacific harbor / Deuba Beach as well as Pacific Harbor Arts village. There’s plenty nearby restaurants as well. 」
