"Had a fantastic few days in the city. The hotel is modern and has a fantastic Euro-style cafe in reception, serving great coffee and fresh breakfasts and lunches. Friendly and very helpful staff made it a very pleasant stay and our room was clean and made available to us as early as they could. It was a corner room with views over the city, amazing at night. "The hotel is in very good location in Mong Kok, Kowloon. Across is a multi-level shopping mall, Langham Place, with lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel is well appointed. The rooms are not big but acceptable for a short stay. Concierge is very helpful. I’d come back to stay next time."

"Great overall stay - front desk was incredibly helpful when we arrived early, and that's greatly appreciated. Room was adequate in size and the breakfast is definitely worth getting, strong recommendation. Great pool and workout area on the top floor, unfortunate part is that the pool has strange hours and wasn't open even when it was supposed to be. Would be a straight "5" across the board if there would have literally been a common area to sit/do work on a laptop, which is strange to not have in 2026. There was an option of an "Eaton Club" or something, which was additional costs, just to use a co-work space. Bummer for those of us on vacation that need to duck into over-night meetings without bothering others in the rooms."
