"Our family wanted a lake weekend and this was the perfect place to have it! The FloatHouzz community is located on a quite part of the lake. A great amenity was the golf cart shuttle service. We arrived when it was raining but a golf cart service was available to assist us in quickly getting our things to our unit. It was also nice being able to pull our boat up and dock directly on the unit. The space was new and very clean with everything we needed for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit...

"Check in was smooth and we had no issues. The only thing I have negative to say was the 4th bedroom had a separate entrance and the guest sleeping down there had to come upstairs to use the bathroom. Everything else was great. We had a great time."

"Everything was exactly as described! The house was clean, and well organized. It had everything we needed for some much needed R&R. There was a small hiccup with the Wifi but Linda went above and beyond in communication and getting the issue resolved as soon as possible. Our favorite part was the back deck. The view was serene and just the peace we needed. As an added bonus it is pet friendly so we were able to take along our little Josiah. Great price - Highly recommend!!"

"This property is wonderful! We also spent a lot of time swimming near the Cumberland point boat ramp. Beautiful scenery with great sunsets. The owner is very responsive and the home has more amenities than you’ll need. We rented a pontoon boat from Conley bottom marina and they picked us up at the Cumberland point boat ramp. There is a fee for the shuttle, but it’s well worth it!"

"My husband and I came for fishing weekend getaway and this exactly what we were hoping it would be. Beautiful property and we caught a ton of fish right off the bank by the house. I caught a 12 lb catfish which was a record for me. Place was comfortable and Timmy was so nice and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!"
