“The house was perfect for a quiet, long weekend of fishing and relaxing. Smith Island is a unique get-away with a small town charm and welcoming residents who made us feel like home. The Pearl had everything we needed with comfortable accommodations given the relative seclusion of the island. Leigh and Chris were extremely responsive.”

“Our visit was brief... just two nights as we supported an athlete for the Eagleman triathlon June 2025. The house had absolutely everything one might need... very well stocked. Four bedrooms, each with its own mini-split AC was perfect! While we did not use the car EV charger or the backyard 'game shed', both are excellent details. Loved the screened in porch to enjoy the sunset over the water without the mosquitos joining in. **And, thank you for bug spray... when you're that close to the……

Being first timers to the island, I had several questions that were answered very quickly. The cottage was clean, well stocked (which is important for this type of unique experience) and decorated very cute. The local people were very friendly and we enjoyed the scenery of the island.
