The cottage has a covered front porch that enters into a large livingroom with flatscreen high def TV with streaming,wireless EXTREME PRO internet and a large selection of books, games and puzzles. The bright new living room has vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and opens to the kitchen with soapstone counters and all the comforts of home. Central air provides comfort in summer and heat in winter. A powder room on the first floor makes family rentals very comfortable. Our primary bedroom is at the end of the hall on the first floor and features a queen size bed with all new linens and a flat screen TV. The attached bath has a shower and plenty of storage for all of your personal needs. Sheets are professionally laundered and sanitized.The staircase in the livingroom guides you to the second floor hall which has all new wide plank flooring. The laundry is on the second floor making family rentals a breeze! Vaulted ceilings and three bedrooms and a large updated and decorated bathroom compliment the second floor. The first bedroom has two twin beds with all new linens. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with all new linens and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two twins with all new Linens and plenty of storage. The second floor bath is large and bright with all new towels. Around the back of the cottage is a huge private yard with a family size deck and furnishings. A new outside shower added 2023! Enjoy a meal or family get together in seclusion! Mature plantings grace the property and add to the privacy. One off street parking space in large driveway. Once you are settled in our Nantucket Cottage take a stroll down Historic Orange Street to Main Street and enjoy all that town has to offer. Walk to the harbor and take a sail on the Endeavor or dine in one of the fantastic restaurants, all a short walk from the cottage! The Wave Bus runs all over the island and stops in front of our property, take a day to explore, bring a map and a camera with you! Children welcome!
