“I would expect there to be more frequent transport available to take guests between town and hotel. Only one an hour is not enough. I would expect coffee in the room and not have to go to lobby. The staff did not help much when it looked like a storm might strand us at the hotel, I had to do all the investigating - fortunately we were able to get a ferry. It’s not a hotel for anyone wanting to be anywhere than in their room. And in the bad weather we had on our stay it felt empty and lifeless……

“We just came back from the Pelham House and our trip was wonderful! The property is absolutely beautiful with a lovely private beach. The Restaurants, Bar and all of the staff made our trip both fun and relaxing. Whether we were on the Beach or by the Pool staff was attentive to our needs and took our orders throughout the day/night. The views are beautiful from each room as well as from the Roof Deck Restaurant! We will definitely stay here again!”
