Professionally decorated. 2-King bedrooms with Stearns & Foster Thornham Plush Pillow Top Mattress. Plush Matouk custom bed linens and towels. Gourmet fully equipped kitchen. Viking stainless steel range and oven, Bosch dishwasher, Sub Zero refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker and pods, Sonos music system, expanded cable TV and WiFi. Beautiful bathrooms with double vanity, heated marble floors and over sized showers with perpetual hot water system. Full pull out custom sofa with plush mattress. Washer and dryer. All essential toiletries, dish washer and laundry detergent included. 4-beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Outdoor gas grille and teak dining patio. Private privet and landscaping surrounds property.

Another fabulous stay at Cynthia!
My family and I enjoyed our third stay at Cynthia. The property continues to be lovely and great for our family. We love being able to walk into town, while also being a short drive to other points of interest on the island. Theresa was wonderful, per usual. Thanks for a great trip!

Wonderful Experience!
Cynthia Cottage was amazing! Spacious and beautiful. Walking distance to Town and a great jumping off point for all experiences on the island. Very easy process from start to finish and Teresa was available when/if we needed her. Can't wait to go back!

Staying at Cynthia Cottage
Very comfortable, new house, roomy, well designed, every basic thing you need in the kitchen area. Nice location near town. Wish driveway was wider (husband and I had a Jeep), tight around shrubbery. Called caretaker, regarding ac and they responded quickly and everything was fine. Now we know the house and would stay there again! PS: Also had flowers in kitchen area and soft music playing on the kitchen iPad - nice!

Amazing Property
If this property is in your price range, do not hesitate to book. It is a charming upscale home beautifully decorated and well stocked. Welcome treats were appreciated! I felt bad I was not taking advantage of the amazing kitchen! The owner communication was always quick and responsive. We loved the upstairs master suite. This was a quick enough walk to Main St. and we used Uber for elsewhere. I would definitely stay again.
