‼️2025 upgrades- two more additional bedrooms in a brand new basement and outdoor patio with a pergola ‼️. Brand new 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home located in a quiet mid-island area with transportation to Town, Airport and Beaches, only moment from the bike path to Cisco Brewery and Bartlett Farm.
The house is equipped with central air system, European hard oak floors, large bathrooms with custom marble shower tiles and heated floors, large quartz kitchen countertops and brand new appliances.
The house has a large bright dining area and living room.
On the second floor are located 2 bedrooms with a queen bed each and 1 bedroom with two twin beds and they share 2 large bathrooms.
The third floor is a livable attic which can be used as an addition bedroom.
The outdoor living area has a bluestone patio with a private backyard, firepit and an outdoor shower and barbecue.
Plenty of private parking available.

We had a wonderful time staying at New Construction Home Mid Island’s place. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The property, in and out, was extremely clean and organized. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. The communication with Ellie was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. We cannot recommend Ellie and her property highly enough. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

Nice, clean house

Overall, really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, newly built house and the host left flowers, which was a nice touch. New appliances and clean, pretty bathrooms. A few things to note is that the bedrooms are pretty small and access to the attic room (pictured) is only through a traditional attic ladder, which is a bit rickety. While generally convenient to all areas of the island, the neighborhood is a bit varied.
