"We expected more of this one specially for the price breakfast was average TV service stop working for 2 days and something we noticed in tge hotels we stayed in California coffe was not good on any of tge hotels."

"This is a beautifully landscaped hotel with a fun lowkey California vibe. Staff is helpful but there aren’t enough to clear tables and maintain the area during breakfast. Omelet lady is fabulous. Concierge is hit or miss—can’t secure the good reservations and even sent us to Panchas on the day it was closed. The room is nice size with a comfy bed but there is nowhere but a hanging closet to put your things—no shelves, no dresser. The tub/shower combo is a lawsuit waiting to happen: slippery, impossible to get into. That really took away from the hotel experience. And I don’t think the spa was open during the week of our stay."

"Everything is so far away from our room. We have two rooms but did not get a parking space. Both parking spaces near our room happened to belong to the odd numbers. We and our friends rented one car but both our rooms were even numbers. We informed the front desk but they did not accommodate us. They do provide golf cart pick up or drop off to the gym or restaurant. That was nice."

"This is an absolute jewel property!! Cozy, gorgeous, friendly, relaxing and yet energizing! The team is outstanding, the rooms are bright, and the food is delicious."

"The breakfast was incredible! We also had incredible servers. Our day started with a very friendly greeting. The attention to detail was excellent. Everything on the menu was beyond expectations! We will miss the staff in the Oak Room! Will definitely be back in the future!"

"The resort fee of $60 a day was basically a cash grab because other than wifi you got nothing. My only negative on the hotel."

"Spoke with the hotel ahead of time about early check in and late check out, also to make sure that there were flowers with a card arranged in the room beforehand since it was Valentine’s Day weekend. When we checked in, they were behind, didn’t have the flowers and wouldn’t allow us to check in for 2 hours. The hotel wasn’t busy, or over booked, and the pictures online absolutely show a different experience than real life. The hotel is directly off the main road, not tucked away. Is on a very small winery, was under construction, and the staff members at the front desk were “aloof” to be as kind as possible."

"What a lovely Inn in a beautiful setting. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only a short drive away from Yountville and other vineyards. Can highly recommend "
