I just checked my credit card statement and there is USD20 dollar charge to my room, may I know how I can get what is being charged and how to refund ? The hotel said everything is fine when I check out and not mentioned any extra charge.

Extremely disappointing experience. We informed the hotel in advance that our flight was delayed and that we would arrive late. When we finally arrived, we were told there was no room available and had to wait 2–3 hours before being given a two-bedroom suite as an upgrade. The staff assured us that we could stay in that room for the remaining six nights. However, the very next day, we were told that the upgraded room was more expensive and that we had to move to the room type we originally booked. At checkout, we were told that a security deposit would be temporarily charged and refunded within 2–3 days. Instead, our credit card was charged an additional US$288.46. This was completely unexpected and extremely frustrating. The inconsistent communication, having to move rooms after a promise was made, and the unexpected additional charge made this an unpleasant and disappointing stay.
