I just checked my credit card statement and there is USD20 dollar charge to my room, may I know how I can get what is being charged and how to refund ? The hotel said everything is fine when I check out and not mentioned any extra charge.

When we finally arrived, we were told there was no room available and had to wait 2–3 hours before being given a two-bedroom suite as an upgrade. The staff assured us that we could stay in that room for the remaining six nights.
