Absolutely magical!!

Just spent 12 days here and it was just perfect. The location of the unit is ideal. Perfect for evening sunsets and early morning rainbows. We also love that there is a restaurant on the property. We will be back next year!!

Can’t beat this condo, if you’re alright with staying in a studio for two weeks. Listening to the ocean is magical and the sunsets can’t be beat. Very well-appointed, just missing a good corkscrew but we took care of that.

Location was perfect for us, nice balance of privacy and access to beach, restaurants in walking distance, shopping a short drive. Very responsive staff on-site and remote. Maddie at MPS was great with some concerns we had. Definitely on our list of places to stay when we return to Maui.

One Of The Best Condos In West Maui

I have stayed in numerous condos here at Napili Shores and this unit is by far the nicest one yet! Newly remodeled, the spaciousness and light decor are such a wonderful touch to this tropical oasis. Soon to return!

Our favorite place to stay in Maui!

Between the full kitchen, comfortable bed, AC, multiple pools, beach access yards aways, delicious restaurants on-site, and absolutely STUNNING sunset views, this the truly one of the best properties on the west side. Highly recommend!!

Another fabulous trip in Napili

We always stay at Napili Shores! This unit was wonderful and the communication via text with property management was superb. I even panicked one day, unsure that I turned the electric burner off and they went and checked for me. Great experience, would rent again!

This condo has an unbelievable view! We did feel that the condo needs updating. We would also have enjoyed an umbrella and a couple floats. The beach was amazing. The manager was very accommodating.

Perfect location!

Ideal location for snorkeling and sunset without having to get in your car. The room is great for 2. Full kitchen with indoor and outdoor dining table options. Awesome to find nice beach chairs, towels, boogy boards, and a cooler available in unit. Also found a hairdryer on our last day. The Gazebo restaurant is really good, but plan for over an hour wait even if in line by 7:15 am. The take out side is an excellent option. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful location! MyPerfectStays also was very responsive. The second day of our stay the battery for the door lock failed, and our card key wouldn't get us in. We called MPS and they arrived in about an hour and took care of the problem. We also told them that the kitchen was not equipped with a single pan. Again, they took care of that within an hour. We appreciated that level of responsiveness.

The grounds, our condo, the area, ALL PERFECTION. The location of the condo was the best in the entire place. The condo had every single thing we needed and then some! We ate breakfast from the GAZEBO every morning on our patio, what a way to start our days. The other restaurant on the resort grounds was also very good (sorry the name escapes me at this moment). The personal touch of providing information on local places to eat was great and much appreciated. Honestly, this is a place that you can spend your entire vacation without having to leave if that's what you want to do. Or, it's conveniently located to shopping, many restaurants, tourist favorites and such if that is your thing. It has it ALL! I will definitely be back...I'm already looking at the calendar! Thank you for an OUTSTANDING vacation.

Beautiful location

Beautiful location. Walking distance to both Napili and Kapalua. Maui bus picks up right out front if you want a quick $2 shuttle ride. We didn’t rent a car, because we were only there for 3 days and it was liberating. The check in process is really inconvenient; call the security guard to let you into your room after a long travel Day, then interrupt your 1st day to go to the front desk that doesn’t open until 10am as required by the property to “formally check in”. There is no filtered drinking water on the entire property. They have rules of a resort, but none of the amenities for example we needed another packet of coffee and a roll of toilet paper, but that service is not offered - it’s a little odd that way.

We loved this unit at Napili Shores. We've stayed at several units on this property and while they're all good, this is one where we really just wanted to sit and enjoy the view especially during whale season. It was perfect for 2 adults and our teen son with a bed for us and a pull out twin for him. There were enough beach chairs and umbrellas and coolers for us to use on our outings which is always appreciated. There were some spices and seasonings available which is also appreciated. Buy some aluminum foil if you plan to cook anything in the oven as there aren't any cookie sheets, but other than the frozen pizza for our teen, who really wants to be oven cooking while on vacation:) Plenty of pots, pans and utensils provided. Love the Brita pitcher provided so we didn't have to buy bottled water of any kind - just filled up our re-usable water bottles that we brought from home. Appreciate the little box of snacks - they were nice to have on a hike. We had one question for the management company, and they were very responsive. Would most definitely stay again in this unit.

Property Needs Attention

If you’re looking for location, location, location this is your spot and the condo was clean That said, we were there 2-1/2 weeks and all of the little things really start to add up. One of the fans didn’t work and Perfect Stays came in to fix it and the man just left with no explanation. Turns out a part was needed and there was no communication with me. I had to call back and follow up three times to resolve the issue. The internet goes out frequently due to factors other than the wind. I had to call three times to get this fixed and when I asked other guests, their internet did work. The man who came said they get called with every single guest that arrives. Also, I was joking that I kind of felt like the property was haunted since the kitchen light turns on randomly day and night. Turns out that it is somehow connected with the property next door and apparently both of our lights turn on together and we were woken up several times in the middle of the night. It’s hard to use the stove because it’s so dark. There is a very weak light with one bulb out over the sink. The blender works but one of the pieces in the lid is missing, it would be nice to have a toaster, I’m sure the oven works but you can’t use it because everything in the kitchen has some sort of plastic. One of the drawer pull in the bathroom is broken. The instruction book is out of date. Easy fixes with a little attention besides housekeeping

Awesome location!

We loved the location of this condo! You are steps from the Gazebo Restaurant and pool and parking was a breeze. The view—dynamite! For all these reasons the price is well worth it. However, some very minor things need dialing in since it is a higher end unit. First, the wifi was problematic the entire time. The toilet paper situation was awful. We were left with two clearly half used leftover toilet paper rolls for five days with three people. We had to buy more which is pretty annoying given the price of the condo—provide TP!! The towel situation—five or six body towels for three people for five days is again, a tad shy of ideal. The lighting...the kitchen light randomly came off and on at all hours of the night and you are forced to choose between the fan and crazy light or no fan and no crazy mind of its own light. Additionally, the vanity light in the bathroom is so dim and so hard to see in that every morning I did my contacts and make up in the kitchen because the light in the bathroom was soooooo bad. Lastly. The bedding. Why do so many condos all across Hawaii have sheets and bedding that don’t properly fit the mattress? Every day we had to pull the sheets super tight and attempt to tuck in all the mattress pads and sheet toppers so the sheets wouldn’t ride up all night long or you wouldn’t feel the ripples all night long. All these things are minor and can easily be overlooked given the view and the location. But again, given the price and the view and all the things that make this unit top notch, to command this level of price these things need to be addressed. They can easily be overlooked. However, if they were better tended to and addressed, this would be a premier unit. It would elevate the experience tenfold. Thanks so much for allowing us to visit! Mahalo!

My wife and I were very pleased with our recent stay in Maui at Napili Shores. Our ocean front studio offered the privacy we seek and incredible views of ocean/ beach/ sunsets & the occasional whale breach! The ground level unit had a good sized patio which we utililized to enjoy a cup of coffee or cocktail while taking in the view and enjoying the sound of crashing waves- so relaxing! The size of the studio was ideal for the two of us and having a fully equipped kitchen was a must. We really enjoyed our time at the beach and being able to walk there in 3 min was a very nice feature. We plan on returning again, hopefully sooner than later!
