Convenient Naples Location

We rented this home for a soccer tournament weekend. It was pet friendly, clean, had wifi and great TV stations in the main living area. There was a small TV in the master bedroom. We'd like to suggest putting a TV in the guest bedroom as well but that didn't affect our rating. The home is located in a nice neighborhood of single family homes and vacation rentals. It was close to the area beaches and restaurants too. We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our two week stay with our dogs. All tile floors. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Updated furniture in dining area and living area. Unable to get TV to work in bedroom but I am sure that can be addressed.

Naples Cottage

We stayed at this property for 12 days while we were in Naples for work. It is a darling, well-appointed two bedroom home. Keith, the owner, has thought of everything you would need during your stay. He is very attentive and responds immediately if there is any issue. It is decorated nicely, and the beds were so comfortable. It is such a convenient location...close to the beach and the restaurants. They are doing a road project on the street now in front of the house, which Keith could never have known the timing of it. He was so concerned about our stay that he offered to move us to another property. It did not inconvenience us much because we were working most days, if you are going for pleasure, I would rent one of his other properties until the road work is completed. I would definately rent from him again!

Nice but walk to beach was more than expected. Construction on streets was a little annoying. A few updates would help - DVD player and bikes would be a nice addition. Overall a great stay!

A relaxing rental equidistant from beach and amenities

Keith's clean and comfortable house is convenient both for a stroll to Vanderbilt Beach or a swift crossing of Route 41 to the very upmarket Mercato shops, restaurants and cinemas. Situated in a long-established residential area of low-rise homes and tall shade trees, the house usually offers a restful base--and should do again once the necessary county-wide drain improvement works have been completed. But with all the beach chairs and equipment supplied, most holidaymakers would be happily ensconsed by the sea and remain oblivious to any repair distruption. Keith is an attentive and conscientious host, and we would have no hesitation in recommending his house to anyone looking for a comfortable base in Naples.

Lovely house, lovely location.

This is a really nice place to stay! The beds were very comfortable, and the house has been well cared for. It is in a cute neighborhood within walking distance to Vanderbilt beach, and some fun shops and restaurants. Keith, the owner, does a super job! He was responsive, and offered great suggestions based on our interests! Do not hesitate to stay here! You will undoubtedly enjoy it as much as we did!
