The hotel is very cute. The room was a nice size, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom nicely appointed. The staff are friendly and willing to do what they can to make your stay pleasant. The food was very good and the restaurant service fully attentive. I would love to go during the summer when all the hotels facilities are fully operational, from swimming pool to hot tubs. I bet it is even more pleasant then. No complaints, our stay was very comfortable.

The hotel was nice, very clean. Our room was also very nice and clean. The front desk clerk was very unfriendly and we seemed to annoy her even by checking in. The wait staff were pleasant. We were extremely disappointed the the hot tubs were not open. The main photo in their advertising is the hotels on the roof. We were told they are only open in summer. We couldn’t even access the roof where they were located to look at the view. The price was cheap and the room was very nice. It is well off the beaten path. Because of the location and staff, probably wouldn’t recommend it.

Alentours de l hotel vraiment pas top!!! En ce qui concerne l hotel ,propre ,chambre sympa Un belle piscine mais pas du tout chauffée Dommage!!! Des Spas en terrasse exterieure auxquels on ne nous a pas laissé l 'accès pour une raison de forts vents arrivants sur le secteur,vraiment nul car pas de vent!!! Et le p'tit dejeuner un vrai cirque pour obtenir quelque chose.Vraiment dommage.....

This is a beautiful property! Great pool and lots of outside sitting areas with great views. The staff try very hard to make your stay great. The free breakfast has a decent selection. The restaurant has a limited menu but the food is very good. The drinks at the bar are reasonably priced. The area is very run down, as is most of this part of Italy. We walked a lot up and down the streets and never once felt unsafe. Public transportation is only hourly and a 15 minute walk from the hotel so I would only stay here if you are driving.

Oltre la bellezza della struttura,la pulizia e i comfort,c'è il personale davvero disponibile. La struttura dispone di una modesta piscina,di 3 vasche idromassaggio e 3 solarium. Un grande bar con vista sulla piscina. Noi abbiamo alloggiato nella junior suite con idromassaggio e la camera ci ha lasciati senza parole sia per la pulizia che per la grandezza e i comfort. Ci ritorneremo

Excellent Hotel - Outside of Napels

The hotel was in a beautiful setting just under Mount Vesuvius with wonderful views over the coast. The rooms were very clean and well presented and ours had a hot tub in which was brilliant! The facilities were also all kept very clean and tidy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made sure our stay was very enjoyable! A very memorable first wedding anniversary! Thank you very much!

Lovely little hotel, would recommend!

Beautiful hotel, really clean and comfortable. We stayed for the night after visiting Herculaneum. The staff were friendly and dinner was great. We only had time for a quick dip in the pool at the end of our day but could have easily spent the day by the pool.

Great small hotel, but don't go by GPS directions or you end up some place else :) Stay on the main road until you see it on the left, a few more turns up the hill!

La piscine ferme trop tôt (à 18h30). Très bon restaurant mais fréquentation très faible donc peu d’ambiance. Personnel extra à tous les niveaux. Bons conseils de la Direction pour les excursions. Hotel bien placé pour rayonner dans la région et très calme. Parking très pratique. Une bonne adresse et bon rapport qualité prix.

La vista ripaga

Il soggiorno nel complesso buono, la pulizia delle camere buona mentre quella delle vasche idromassaggio un po meno; dato l'uso giornaliero degli ospiti anche esterni dovrebbero essere svuotate e pulite più spesso. Andris Hotel is lovely. The staff couldn't be more helpful, a quiet oasis. You do need a car or taxi for the location as nowhere to walk to in the evening. The surrounding area is a bit scruffy but the hotel itself is lovely.

Vi valde hotellet pga att det hade pool men poolen var avstängd för rengöring eller dylikt. Frukosten startade inte förrän kl 07.30 och vi skulle till flygplatsen för hemfärd, så vi blev utan. De flesta andra hotell vi bott på har frukost från kl 07.00.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. There were great views of Naples Bay and Mt Vesuvius. The hotel is ideal to visit Herculaneum. Unfortunately, there were many issues which will prevent us from returning. The family room's had a view of the volcano, not the bay which was disappointing. There was no kettle or tea and coffee facilities provided when we arrived in the room. There were only two glasses provided for a room of four. The shower was leaking. The safe had no key and when it was provided it didn't work until hours later. The included breakfast was very disappointing and not at all like what was described in the pictures. As well as the breakfast buffet there was a breakfast menu which had 6 items included in the room price, two of which were unavailable. Some of the items in the breakfast buffet were overcooked or borderline stale. The hotel is located up the side of the volcano and there isn't any reliable public transport. The local area is dead and run down. There are a few cafe's and small restaurants right at the bottom but they were not quality establishments. There was no useful information provided by the hotel such as bus services, local pharmacy's, recommended restaurants. On our day of arrival, the hotel restaurant choice was a choice of two set three-course meals, with both starter and main course being seafood. The hotel restaurant was a joke really. There was no food room service.

Tourist Experience

Long weekend to see the sights in particular the Herculaneum and Pompeii sights as well as visit the Crate of Vesuvius. Hotel very well located for all three attractions with easy access up the Mountain and back into town. Would recommend a hire car for anyone visiting as transport not the best for access and times.

Mooi hotel

Beleefd personeel, soms wat stug. Overal hangt een heerlijke geur in het hotel, erg schoon, en hier wordt veel aandacht aan besteed. heerlijk en zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. eenmaal in de avond daar gegeten, wat erg prijzig was en niet geheel onze smaak. Zwembad is prettig, badmuts is wel verplicht ! is daar tegen een zeer laag prijsje te kopen via de poolboy Er zijn veel bruiloften, wat soms voor veel geluidsoverlast zorgt in de nacht. een prima hotel voor een kort verblijf. bezit van eigen vervoer is wel een must, is anders moeilijk te bereiken. het verkeer is echt heel erg chaotisch in deze streek, en zwemmen in zee is in Ercolano niet mogelijk. Het plekje Ercolano is druk, onoverzichtelijk en weinig parkeermogelijkheden. in Napels zelf rijden werd ons sterk afgeraden, hebben hiervoor een taxi genomen, wat betaalbaar was en waar we achteraf ook erg blij om waren: verkeer in Napels is een 'ervaring', maar begin er zelf niet aan, geen enkele auto daar gezien zonder deuken en krassen...….
