The hotel is an older property that has gone through a major renovation, and overall it feels nicely refreshed. The towels were quite old and could definitely use replacing, but I imagine this is something they’ll address soon. The location is very convenient and close to everything, although the surrounding neighborhood is a bit rougher.

You can feel very confident booking this hotel. It is an oasis of calm in a very busy area of Naples. Room was spotless and modern, staff friendly and efficient, good breakfast selection, private parking with elevator from underground parking to your floor.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was basic but the bed was comfortable . The AC didn’t really cool the room, so we slept with the window open. The shower had issues…we could only use the hand held shower as the rain shower couldn’t be turned on.

The area is a bit sketchy looking, but once we came through the gate, everything was nice and well-maintained including a small garden area with tables and chairs. We needed some dinner, so we walked down the street to a pizza place that had been recommended by hotel staff and it was delicious and very reasonably priced. Hotel staff also booked a taxi for us to get to the airport early the next morning. The room was very clean and nice. I would stay here again if going into or out of Naples. We did not get to try the breakfast, so idk how that was.
