Casa Vittoria is a wonderful property in a perfect location in Naples. Close to the metro and walking distance to most of the major sites. Francesca and Isabella are very welcoming and helpful.

Big, airy well located apartments
Well located a stones throw from historic centre, host helpful, massive apartment, really surprised by space! Couldn't easily see through windows so missed seeing natural light, but immaculately clean, airy apartment. Nice pastries awaited but would be nice to have little tea/coffee starter kit. Great stay

Great location and well appointed apartments
Nice centrally located hotel. Two issues which maybe a problem for some: reception boy open until six pm and no daily cleaning...so if you have a longer stay it might be an issue.

Thank you for your review. I remind we are a holiday home, not a hotel, so we have not 24h reception. Cleaning is weekly, change of towels and bed linen every 3 days, so for longer stay there's no problem. Kind regards and we hope to see you again very soon

Great apartment near central Naples
My partner and I stayed at Casa Vittoria for 2.5 days and found it ideal for our purposes. We wanted a self-catering apartment with good connections to Naples transport links. The apartment is located in a block of apartments which are all Casa Vittoria, the reception staff was excellent and very helpful. To be honest the apartment was probably a bit big for us, there were only 2 of us, and it could have easily accommodated 2 couples with room to spare.

Authentic location in the Spanish Quarter
Fantastic location a few minutes walk from markets, restaurants and Piazza Carita. Ideal for self catering but also as the Toledo metro stop is very close by the whole city was easily accessible. Franchesca and her team made us all very welcome and gave great advise and suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Lovely apartment which had everything we needed.

We were warmly welcomed, and always had excellent tour guide info from the hotel desk folks. It has a great location in the Spanish Quarter, very near both the old historic district and the wonderful sites by the Bay of Naples.

Excellent Central Location
Apartment was an excellent size to be able to spread our stuff out. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was a big wardrobe and plenty of coat hangers. The apartment was in an excellent central location for all the areas of Naples, the Metro was no more than 5 minutes walk away, but we walked easily to most places. Plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes walk and 3 little "corner shops" within 10 meters. The staff were friendly, with the front of house having good English. The only downside was the steady smell of sewerage within the bathroom. We mentioned it to front of house who initially said she couldn't do anything about the plumbing, we said we understood this and asked for some air freshener, when we returned later that day, they had provided two plug in air fresheners which helped to mask it a little. The two large bottles of water and the cake were really nice touches.

Apartment was beautiful and easy to get to but immediate area it was located was not the nicest. Hard to find as the streets are narrow and signage could be better.

We really felt like a local after settling into our apartment at Casa Vittoria, shopping at the neighborhood grocery, eating at the nearby pizzerias and stopping for coffee and pastry and people watching on the plaza. Our only mistake was in arriving in a large rental car not realizing how narrow the streets were!

The Real Naples.
We loved being in the middle of a real Neapolitan neighborhood. We felt safe and made friends with some of the shop-keepers nearby.

Convenient place to stay. Short walk to Via Toledo. Old town 15 walk. Local area described as a bit seedy but found no problems. Florinda at hotel was really helpful on our arrival. Would stay again.

Fantastic family apartment
Great family accommodation which suited our needs well. Central location is a really fascinating area to stay where you can experience the true character of Naples, close to all the main sites. Staff were extremely accommodating and dealt with any needs efficiently. Great value for money compared to hotels of a similar standard in the centre of the city. Wouldcertainly use Cass Vittoria next time we visit Naples.

The apartment was in a good location in regards to walking distance to some of the areas we wanted to see. The apartment itself was very clean. The only problem we noticed was that there was mold on the ceiling in the shower. When we booked the reservation we clearly stated on the reservation that we would have a 14 year old and 16 year old sith us. At the time of check in we were surprised with an additional charge of 150 euros due to the children's ages. We were not pleased with this as I have stated above that we had let them know the ages of the children and we were not informed we would have these additional charges. No extra services were provided or needed due to their ages so we feel it was unfair and unacceptable to add this additional cost to our bill.

Wonderful apartment
Casa Vittoria was one of the best places we stayed on our 8 week stay in Italy. There was so much room in the apartment. We had a plate of fresh fruit waiting for us when we arrived. We stayed 4 nights in late May. Franchesca and Alma are wonderful and so helpful. Francesca went out of her way to help us when we had a camera problem. The neighborhood is typical of what you would expect in Naples. We felt safe even walking to restaurants at night. It is very new. At least one English speaking TV station would be great. Would definitely stay there again. The metro and train station are very close and we took the train to Pompei.

Easy walking distance from Toledo underground station. Historic location in Spanish Quarter: although the area has a bad reputation by night, we experienced no problems. Cleanliness of room, kitchen equipment and wifi all excellent; good heating/air-con. Good base for exploring Naples.

The rooms were very cool and designed carefully to ensure the small room was comfortable and practical. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. They assisted us find the hotel, arrange the parking and ensure our trip was good.

Très agréable appartement dans le centre de Naples
Parfaitement situé proche du centre historique et des principaux sites et musées de la ville, cet appartement neuf, clair et parfaitement équipé constitue une excellente adresse pour visiter Naples. Proche aussi de restaurants de qualité peu onéreux et de la gare maritime : parfait ! Accueil sympathique et convivial.

Appartamento grande e in centro
Esperienza positiva, l'appartamento fa parte di un palazzo interamente in gestione, questo mi ha trasmesso molta tranquillità, inoltre al piano terra è presente l'ufficio per l'accettazione aperto fino alle 18. L'appartamento è molto grande e fornito del necessario, è situato ai margini dei quartieri spagnoli, a pochi minuti dalla fermata della metro Toledo. il personale è molto gentile e all'arrivo ci ha fatto trovare due sfogliatelle e delle bottiglie d'acqua.

Casa Vittoria liegt sehr zentral. Zur Metro sind es nur ca. 3 Min., Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Restaurant, Bar und Cafe befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die vielen hilfreichen Tipps für Besichtgungen und Tourenvorschläge des Teams an der Rezeption. Die vielen Vorschläge hätten sicher 4 Wochen füllen können, wir waren aber nur eine Woche da. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Rauhallinen sijainti, kaikki lähellä
Todella keskeinen sijainti, lähellä metroa, toria ja pääkatua via toledoa. Palvelu oli hyvää ja respa auki tarpeeksi (08.00-18.00) muutamana päivänä avasi vasta klo9. Päivittäinen siivous. Osasi hyvin neuvoa läheisiä nähtävyyksiä ja mm. Miten pääsi pompeijiin.
